Pros:

Персонал был вежливым и заселение прошло хорошо, останавливались на 2 ночи, завтрак не шведский стол а по специальному меню, в целом не портило впечатление, все было вкусно, кровати были удобные, номер по размеру был достаточно просторный, порадовал дизайн и рестораны японский и грузинский

Cons:

Не очень звукоизоляция, сверху журчала вода, и в нашей комнате отсутствовало окно, оно было, но открыть его или отдернуть штору, чтобы впустить свет было нельзя. За такую цену номера, были другие ожидания

Расположение, персонал, номер, все было уютно, тепло.
Посмотрел матчи Лиги Чемпионов в прямом эфире (ПСЖ 4 - 2 Барселона и Реал Мадрид 4 - 1 РБ Лейпциг). Обычно в отелях не бывает доступов к футбольным каналам, тем более уровня УЕФА.

Ощущение угасающего отеля, без изюминки. Сильно испортился.
Pros:

Отель достаточно новый. Находится напротив небольшого парка. До центра недалеко.

Cons:

Мало персонала, пустое лобби, в номере дверь в ванную открывалась со скрежетом. Я был в этом отеле в 2023 - это был новый, процветающий отель, в который хотелось вернуться. Сейчас нет

Отличный отель, хороший большой номер с двумя балконами и отличным видом на старый город, отличный панорамный ресторан на крыше с авторской кухней, персонал отличный, чисто. Очень удобное расположение, удобно заехать/выехать в аэропорт, в то же время 10 мин пешком до старого города,

Staff - Khatia especially didn't care in the slightest about helping (denied use of luggage trolley because it was being used as a coat stand??) - bad impression

Номера подуставшие и требуют обновления.
Pros:

Расположение отличное, интерьер стильный, постель удобная, постельное белье и полотенца все отлично. Завтра несмотря на то , что по меню изумительный и сытный, шакшука и капучино на высоте.

Cons:

Мы проживали в номере категории Люкс и во всем номере были грязные поцарапанные стены и двери. Было очень неприятно и это конечно портит общее впечатление.

Below average.
Pros:

Breakfast with a good view and taste was very nice. Parking was private.

Cons:

The room was very small. It was just below average for the given price. There was a strange smell in the lifts and washrooms. The room was not very clean. In my opinion it worth half of the paid price.

Pros:

Beatiful interior design, very good position, next to historical center and 25 min from the airport. The nice restaurant on the topo floor with a view.

A great place to stay in Tbilisi!
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant/bar is great and the gym is of a very high standard. The hotel is located about a 10-15 minute walk from the main part of the Old Town, which is close enough to the action but far enough away for peace and quiet. If you don't want to walk, you can grab a Bolt for a very reasonable price.
