Staff service was truly exceptional including our 1AM checkout! Anne the front desk clerk offered exceptional customer service!!
Two block beautiful walk from the US Embassy.

If I could recommend only one thing: put a top flat sheet on the bed. It currently came with a top comforter so you are warm with it but cool without.

Pros:

Very friendly personal. But it needs reminder. When you ask them to prepare spa (sauna) do it not only beforehand but also 60 mins before, otherwise they turn it on just before your visit. Steam room didn't work. Shower in the spa area smelled. When you ask them to call a taxi/yandex for you, do it not only in advance but also 7mins in before you need to leave especially if you in a rush.
