My stay was fantastic — great service, comfortable amenities, and a truly pleasant experience overall.

Cons:

Honestly, everything was really good — from the service to the amenities, it was fantastic. The only small thing I’d mention is that it would be nice to see the customer-facing staff smile a bit more; it really helps make guests feel even more welcome. Other than that, everything was perfect!

All the staffs are very helpful. Vincent answered all my questions.
Pros:

The location is very good to explore Chaozhou old town especially the Guangji bridge is so near. The view from the hotel also fantastic. The staffs are very helpful. They recommended good place to eat. They also helped to bring luggages to room. Room is very spacious and very clean. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant experience
Pros:

Nice stay and river view next to the property. Spacious and clean room. The breakfast was awesome. We also paid extra for the dinner buffet and it was good value for money.
