This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Honestly, nothing. The experience was very disappointing from the beginning.

Cons:

The hotel was extremely bad. The reception never replied to my messages on WhatsApp and I waited for a very long time. The location they gave us was wrong, which made me honestly think it might be a scam at first. After asking around, someone directed us to another hotel name that belongs to the same group. When we arrived, the reception staff treated us very poorly and spoke to guests with a very rude attitude. Our room was in the basement and it smelled like sewage. The balcony was facing what looked like a drain area with very bad smells. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Inexpensive but disappointing

Well decorated room, very well located

Cons:

The room is in a basement when it wasn’t advertised properly, so it’s really dark; there were no towels and I was obliged to go twice to reception as I asked for them but never brought them (the reception is one block away, not in the building); the room had a humidity smell, the wifi had a poor sign within the room
