Pequeno almoço, principalmente a panqueca e o sumo natural de frutas.
Le personnel a fait de son mieux et nous avons eu un remboursement alors que c’était non remboursable.
Dès notre arrivée, l’hôtel nous a semblé désert. Personne n’était présent à la réception, nous avons donc dû attendre cinq minutes avant qu’un employé ne se présente. Une odeur nauséabonde d’humidité régnait dans l’air.
Une fois dans la chambre, nous avons constaté la présence de moisissure sur le bord du lit, la cuvette des toilettes était humide et dégageait également une odeur d’humidité.
Compte tenu de ces conditions déplorables, nous avons décidé de ne pas séjourner dans l’hôtel. Le personnel nous a proposé la plus grande chambre de l’hôtel, qui était belle et authentique, nous avons décidé de partir, aucune autre chambre n’étant occupée.

The staff was very good. Excellent breakfast provided by the Hotel.
Nothing much. Just that the doors were little difficult to close & lock.
The rooms vibe and aesthetic is amazing. Super comfy bed and we had a balcony viewing the pool which was lovely. The tv was great and very fairly priced bar fridge snacks. The location was around 30 mins to Ubud centre which is great and on the main road which leads to most other attractions. The staff were also super helpful with tours etc.
The sliding front door was slightly difficult to use and there was no towel rail in the bathroom. There was also no light switch in the room for the light outside so it took us until the last day to realise there is an outdoor light down the stairs outside of the room. Additionally the front door was glass and meant that light came through making it difficult to sleep in the morning. The floor was also quite creaky!
L’hôtel est très bien situé, en retrait de la route principale donc au calme. La piscine est agréable, la chambre spacieuse, la salle de bain dispose d’une douche et d’une baignoire, et tout est très propre.
La salle de bain étant partiellement ouverte, il y a parfois des moustiques et de petites bêtes qui entrent dans la chambre.
El personal es muy amable. El primer día nos pusieron en una habitación que había muchísima humedad (las fotos de Booking son de cuando se hicieron las habitaciones, no como son actualmente) y en la que no se podía ni abrir la puerta del baño. Se lo comentamos a recepción y enseguida nos proporcionaron habitaciones alternativas. Nos fueron rotando según disponibilidad de las demás habitaciones, estaban muy predispuestos a ayudar a que tuviéramos una buena estancia y se preocupaban de que estuviéramos a gusto.
Depende de la habitación tienes una buena o mala estancia, pero el personal es muy amable y te cambian de habitación si lo pides.

Badezimmer war etwas dreckig und hier bekommt man im Obergeschoss nachts den Sound der „Bali Geckos“ zu hören. Das war etwas ungünstig.

We had such a wonderful time here. The place is a cozy little oasis with a beautiful, tranquil atmosphere — truly a hidden gem. The staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
We actually ended up extending our stay by an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. It’s located a bit outside the center, but not too far — and that just made the surroundings more peaceful and relaxing.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet and charming spot with great vibes and lovely people!
Lokasari is a gem right on one of the main roads in Ubud. I was here on a short visit to help care for my daughter who was very sick and staying at Lokasari helped make a difficult time actually pleasant. The staff is great. The property is very clean. The rooms and beds are very comfortable (although they could use more comfortable chairs in the rooms) and my grandson absolutely loved the pool. The traffic noise completely disappeared when I closed my door except for a few very loud vehicles

There was an issue that was actually the way Booking worded some communications and not the hotel's fault. They actually called Booking to resolve it and included me in that phone call. It showed a lot of integrity.
Breakfast is available. They deliver it right to your room!
They have a pool which was nice to cool off in in the evening.
It happened to be my birthday when I was there, and they surprised me with a little birthday cake complete with a candle and sang Happy Birthday! It was very kind, sweet and thoughtful. Very special <3
it would be nice to have a more shelves and hooks to hang thing on - in both the bathroom and the room itself
