No complaints!
Room services are not satisfactory! I was informed due to Pongal festival holidays most of the staffs went on holidays ! Anyway I don’t felt too much for that !
I did late check in , still one room was ready by that time ! During check out , I asked for a late check out , which was denied ! So personally not happy with the attitude! The property is at the entrance of the city! If you have your own vehicle 🚗, this is could be your better choice, to move around !

The property was spic and span. Great value for money, breakfast though limited menu was well prepared.

The staff’s were very helpful and friendly but we were very disappointed with the toilet and the bathroom how were the shower head fixed and the bed linens were very dirt (don’t know it was changed from previous usage) pillow covers were very dirty with stains. I have to speed a separate sheet on top to sleep. Overall I am a bit disappointed.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast eventhough dont have many options but delicious. Location very strategic and near the big temple.
The toilet was extremely dirty and had faeces on top of the toilet bowl. When we entered the room after check-in, the bedsheet and pillowcase were dirty with stains. Please improve your housekeeping. One of the staff told us that they have no enough staff. Management please take note of this as well.

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and prompt. Very near the Brihadeshwara temple. Good value for money would recommend further stays.

2) bathrooms corners, walls should be fungal free. Causes infection if it touches our skin

4) the shower should be fixed in Room # 102
5) provide glass door/shower curtains in shower area. Water is coming out of shower area messing bathroom
6) the food quality can be improved. The panneer steak was highly priced. For 6 small cube of pineapple and cheese. Ideally it should be barbequeued. If cannot be done, then just say not available.
