Very Dirty and Disappointing Experience
Pros:

The only positive aspect was the room size. Apart from that, the experience was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness, service, and overall condition of the property were well below acceptable standards.

Cons:

The welcome was acceptable, but the room was extremely dirty. There was not even any soap in the bathroom. When I requested some after dinner, the staff insisted on checking the bathroom to verify that it was actually missing, even though we were in the middle of taking showers. They came back three times before finally leaving a bar of soap outside the door. This was not acceptable and showed a lack of respect for guests' privacy.

The property was poorly maintained and cleanliness standards were far below what should be expected. The location is also in a less desirable neighborhood, which further detracted from the overall experience.

The only positive aspect was the size of the room. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this property.

Very bad experience ... not recommended at all ... and will never be repeated again.

Facility very old ... room not clean at all ... balcony green color coz of water coming from plumbing ... broken back of the bed ... room lights not working ... mini bar fridge not working and not cooling and very sticky from inside and yellow color very dirty ... walls very dirty and cracks ... bathroom very dirty specially under the toilet ... too many insects inside the room ... no mini bar fillings no water no sugar no tea no coffee ... towels have marks and not clean
