Hôtel magnifique, très agréable en famille.
Pros:

Séjour très agréable. Belles chambres, grandes bien décorées et très propres, balcon avec vue sur l’océan. Beau buffet le soir bon et varié, belle ambiance. Personnel très gentil. Donne sur de vastes plages avec magnifique coucher de soleil.

Cons:

Les sanitaires du RDC et piscine pourraient être mieux entretenus.

Très bon séjour d'une semaine.
Pros:

La dimension de l’hôtel, qui reste à taille humaine, est particulièrement appréciable et contribue à une atmosphère assez chaleureuse.
Son emplacement est également un véritable atout. Toutefois, il serait intéressant que l’établissement propose un service de vélos afin de faciliter les déplacements vers Taghazout et Tamraght, notamment en empruntant la promenade le long de l’océan.
Le personnel s’est montré très souriant et accueillant tout au long du séjour.
Enfin, l’hôtel est très propre, parfaitement entretenu, et les chambres offrent un excellent niveau de confort.

Cons:

Axes d’amélioration :
Le service est globalement trop long et manque parfois de précision, notamment autour de la piscine. Le délai entre la prise de commande et l’arrivée des boissons ou des plats est excessif, alors même que le personnel semble en nombre suffisant.
Au petit-déjeuner, les tables ne sont pas correctement ajustées : leurs hauteurs varient et elles sont très (trop) souvent instables, ce qui nuit au confort.
Dans les chambres, les rangements pourraient être mieux pensés : la penderie ne dispose pas d’une hauteur suffisante pour suspendre des chemises correctement, il manque des tiroirs, et aucun espace n’est prévu pour les vêtements longs.
Il serait également appréciable de mettre à disposition, dans les chambres, une brochure détaillant les activités et services proposés par l’hôtel.
En résumé, ce sont plusieurs petits détails qui mériteraient d’être améliorés afin d’être pleinement en adéquation avec le standing attendu d’un établissement cinq étoiles.

10h30 et pas 10h31 le petit déjeuner s'arrête trop rapidement alors que l'emplacement ne sert pas pour le service du déjeuner dommage....

Le personnel est fantastique. Aidant car je suis handicapé, souriant et bienveillant.

Not happy at all, not worth the money. Standard was so poor

Location was ok

Cons:

- Poor communication during check in
- Sheets in the room were too used, they were knobby/rough
- Communication about dinner times were wrong, and we missed dinners
- Food at the Anaw was poor quality and also very expensive for being Morocco. For that price, I expect good & tasty food.
Also, what was in the dish on the menu was not served. Many things replaced with other ingredients, among things that I'm allergic to. Not compensated at all. But still tried to make me pay for the meal I could not have.
- You had to pay for water.
- Took 25 minutes to get a juice when you ordered it.
- Coffee machines were not working during breakfast & cups were running out. Massive lines.
- Pools were freezing, not heated at all.
- I asked staff for help a few times, and they said they would do it. But waited and nothing happened, so had to ask other staff members for the same thing.
- There's is no mini-market or similar, where you could buy snacks

Pros:

Ich habe bei Anreise ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten, so dass ich im Hauptgebäude mit Blick auf das Meer gewohnt habe. Herausragend ist die Lage dirket am Strand. Das Zimmer war sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet, der Service bei der Zimmerreinigung ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war frisch und schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie war doch eben auch ziemlich viel Durchschnitt. Frühstück sollte um 7 Uhr beginnen, aber da war vom Personal noch kaum jemand da. Es handelt sich um ein Hotel, in dem eben auch viele Tagungen stattfinden und damit sich Business- und Urlaubgsgäste mischen. Das Zimmer hatte zwar den tollen Blick zum Meer, aber direkt darunter befand sich ein Restaurant, so dass selbst bei geringer Hotelbelegung ständig das Geräusch von Geschiebe von Tischen und Stühlen und Geprächen zu hören war. Was Restaurants für Mittags und Abends angeht: da gibt es definitiv höherwertige und gleichzeitig preisgünstigere in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.
