L’accueil l’emplacement et le site
Staff were great and helpful, no complaints there. There was enough facilities to enjoy.
I feel the buffet breakfast and dinner was not so much great. The choice was great but i felt the quality so ok. Not the best you would expect from such a top hotel and such cost.

Les repas hors petit déjeuner ne sont vraiment pas bons. Un simple club sandwich ou une salade César très mauvais… pas représentatif d’un Hilton

Nous avons apprécié le personnel et le petit-déjeuner.
Dommage que la piscine soit si froide. Le buffet du repas du soir n’est pas très bon. En revanche, le restaurant marocain est très bon.
L emplacement
"Expérience très décevante du début à la fin. Dès mon arrivée, il y avait un sérieux manque d’organisation et surtout de communication. J’avais clairement réservé une chambre avec pension incluant petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner, mais à chaque fois que je me présentais, on me disait que ce n’était pas inclus ou qu’il y avait une confusion avec un groupe.
Souffrant d’un problème auditif, j’avais pourtant informé le personnel à l’avance, mais aucun effort n’a été fait pour faciliter la communication (ni explication claire, ni suivi). J’ai dû insister à plusieurs reprises pour qu’ils contactent la réception, ce qui a pris beaucoup de temps, et la réponse était toujours floue.
Concernant la chambre, aucun effort non plus : pas d’eau dans le minibar, et malgré une demande au service de chambre, rien n’a été livré. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, c’est inacceptable.
Au final, face à cette accumulation de problèmes et au manque total de considération, j’ai été contraint de quitter l’hôtel vers 15h sans même pouvoir prendre mon déjeuner, alors que ma réservation était encore valable jusqu’au lendemain.
Le plus surprenant reste l’absence totale de réaction du personnel lors de mon départ : personne ne s’est soucié de savoir pourquoi je partais ni si j’étais satisfait.
Seuls points positifs : l’emplacement et un personnel globalement poli, mais cela ne compense pas une expérience aussi mal gérée. Rapport qualité/prix très insuffisant."
Lovely modern hotel which was always spotlessly clean. Room was large and well equipped (though I would have liked more coat hangers and a shower cap). Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Oumaima and the pool man who always supplied us with towels and umbrellas and checked we were okay. Breakfast was excellent, had everything you could possibly want with delicious pastries. The staff actually opened the Imim restaurant early for us as our toddler granddaughter was tired and hungry.
The only negative was that sometimes the service at the Awal restaurant was rather slow, a 40 minute wait for a pasta dish for granddaughter and the fact that they couldn’t serve ice cream because they didn’t have a scoop!!

Bellissima struttura, curata nei minimi dettagli. Colazione sopra ogni aspettativa, meravigliosa qualità oltre alla varietà che mi aspettavo da un grande hotel. Ottimo il servizio del kids club, insegnanti molto carine e disponili.
Unica pecca, bisognerebbe avvisare almeno in giornata se ci sono convegni grossi o grandi gruppi e viene limitato l’accesso ad un ristorante
Le service de ménage, d’accueil, du restaurant et des services de piscine et surtout le kids club, mes enfants réclament encore d’y retourner (Jamais eu de tels expérience de kids club, les animatrices les plus douces avec mes enfants de 3 ans et 9 ans). Ils ont reclamé d’y passer au moins 1h par jour.
Le cadre magnifique, on déconnecte dans ce paysage avec l’espace les 4 piscines et la plage, on ne se marche jamais dessus ni pour un transat ou des serviettes! C’était top! Probablement liée à la saison.

Les prix des repas et boissons sont hallucinant comparé au pays quasiment 3 à 5 fois plus cher.

This is another return visit ( second home) to this wonderful hotel.
On arrival Khalil and Salma in reception were waiting with everything ready.This was organised by Soukaina,who I would like to give many thanks,her attention to detail is amazing.
Khalil was an excellent escort to my room and my bed was decorated in Petals with “Welcome back”🥰
I was greeted at breakfast by Habib with open arms and Abdallah had a table ready with Omar bringing a delicious array of fruits. Omar has looked after me for all of my visits,I am truly honoured.
There was quite large groups stayingon Saturday, so Sunday morning was manic at breakfast.But nothing is too much for this hotel and there were so many staff working their socks off to replace crockery and cutlery etc. Ouaima was everywhere helping and always with a smile. Well done all of your staff.
On Sunday my wonderful housekeeper FaDma saw my birthday cards and on return my bed was an absolute picture,this is when Soukaina surpasses herself organising cake,petals and stunning swan displays.
I really enjoyed my evening meal and a cheeky cocktail. Adil the chef responsible for cooking my lobster produced a delicious dish,cooked to perfection. I was chatting to other guests when a surprise cake and lighted candle arrived along with singing waiters,to celebrate my birthday.
Now I hope you can all see why this hotel is the best and safest Hilton that I have the pleasure to visit.
PS the beach is lovely and a promenade to walk for miles.

Food options limited and breakfast not very tasty for a 5 star resort (eg. powdered scrambled eggs, overcooked sausages).
Limited choice of hotel food (at steep prices) and 30 mins walk to next set of restuarants.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel idéalement situé dans la baie de Taghazout.
La chambre est très bien équipée, avec une literie de grande qualité. L’établissement dispose de trois piscines non chauffées, mais très agréables.
Le petit déjeuner est généreux et de qualité, et la formule demi-pension est particulièrement intéressante. Un autre restaurant, typiquement marocain, propose des plats délicieux, même si les prix sont comparables à ceux pratiqués en Europe.
Un grand merci à Khalil pour son professionnalisme digne des hôtels haut de gamme, à Imane au restaurant pour son accueil très professionnel, ainsi qu’à Simo et surtout Mohamed et son collègue pour leur gentillesse et leur service autour de la piscine.
Merci également au chef Mohamed pour ses plats succulents, ainsi qu’au chef pâtissier.
Point négatif important : il est arrivé à plusieurs reprises que des techniciens ou du personnel de chambre entrent sans frapper, en utilisant leur passe pour ouvrir directement la porte. Ce comportement est inacceptable et très désagréable pour les clients. Une formation plus rigoureuse semble nécessaire sur ce point, afin de respecter l’intimité des occupants. Nous avons d’ailleurs signalé ce problème à la réception.
