Pros:

Nous avons malheureusement été très déçus de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes, notamment en raison de plusieurs soucis d’organisation qui ont rendu ces quelques jours assez désagréables.

Les chambres s'ouvrent de l'extérieur. Porte fenêtre non sécurisée. Longue attente. Check in supposé a 15h, entrée dans la chambre 16h...1h d'attente dans le lobby est inadmissible pour ce type standing. Attente interminable pour recevoir la monnaie...le personnel serviette se roule dès joints derrière son comptoir au lieu de satisfaire les clients. Porte d'entrée de la chambre défectueuse et s'ouvre de l'extérieur sans la carte. Le service technique nous a proposé de changer de chambre mais aucune démarche n'a été entreprise...la propreté des chambres est douteuse...tapis sales et poils pubien dans les toilettes...nous avons du demander 2 fois à la femme de ménage de faire notre chambre
je voyage au 4 coins du monde dans différents hôtels de différents standing....le rapport qualité prix du HILTON TAGHAZOUT est de loin le plus exécrable jamais vu

Pros:

La habitación está muy bien y en el desayuno el personal muy amable y agradables.

Cons:

La comida en el restaurante es pésima, pedi un plato me lo sirvieron frio y no estaba bueno…. Y el servicio en la terraza muy deficiente, hay que estar constantemente pendiente que alguien te pueda atender…..
Si vas y ha fiesta tienes que pagar entrada aunque estés alojado, no te lo dicen pero te encuentras la sorpresa después.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau, accès direct sur le front de mer pour se balader.

Cons:

Les restaurants de l’hôtel, le personnel du Anaw est catastrophique et la qualité des repas aussi.

La draps ont des bouloches et sont usés.
Il faut relancer plusieurs fois le House keeping quand on a besoin de quelque chose.

Good Stay, But Not the Five-Star Hilton Experience We Expected ⭐⭐⭐☆☆
Pros:

We liked the room, which was quite and spacious with a decent size bed, and the feel on the hotel rounds was calm. It was alos nice the direct acess to the beach and quiet sunbed area with shade facing the sea.
The staff was always avaialble to help.

Cons:

We stayed for one week at Hilton Taghazout and, overall, had a pleasant stay, but it fell short of what we expected from a Hilton five-star property. Breakfast was extremely crowded every morning, making it difficult to find a table, with frequent shortages of cutlery, glasses, and basic items. The room also showed signs of wear, with old bed linens that had to be replaced, and our room phone never worked despite reporting it on the first day.

The food quality in the restaurants was average at best and overpriced for the standard offered, so we only ate there twice. Beach service was inconsistent, with long periods without any waiter attending the sunbed area. We were also surprised that hotel guests were asked to pay an additional 150 MAD per person to watch the Morocco vs. France World Cup match on the hotel's big screen, which was disappointing.

The hotel, although only a few years old, already feels in need of refurbishment and better maintenance. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the property remains a decent place to stay, but it does not currently deliver the experience expected from a Hilton resort in this category.
