Good Stay, But Not the Five-Star Hilton Experience We Expected ⭐⭐⭐☆☆
Pros:

We liked the room, which was quite and spacious with a decent size bed, and the feel on the hotel rounds was calm. It was alos nice the direct acess to the beach and quiet sunbed area with shade facing the sea.
The staff was always avaialble to help.

Cons:

We stayed for one week at Hilton Taghazout and, overall, had a pleasant stay, but it fell short of what we expected from a Hilton five-star property. Breakfast was extremely crowded every morning, making it difficult to find a table, with frequent shortages of cutlery, glasses, and basic items. The room also showed signs of wear, with old bed linens that had to be replaced, and our room phone never worked despite reporting it on the first day.

The food quality in the restaurants was average at best and overpriced for the standard offered, so we only ate there twice. Beach service was inconsistent, with long periods without any waiter attending the sunbed area. We were also surprised that hotel guests were asked to pay an additional 150 MAD per person to watch the Morocco vs. France World Cup match on the hotel's big screen, which was disappointing.

The hotel, although only a few years old, already feels in need of refurbishment and better maintenance. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the property remains a decent place to stay, but it does not currently deliver the experience expected from a Hilton resort in this category.

Very nice play well maintained but there few policies that must be changed

Some policies got to change. I paid for breakfast and dinner and I was surprised that drinks were not included !!! Of course I am not talking about alcoholic drinks. Just water or soda, and they will stop you at the exit to pay for the drink!! 50 Mad for 75L bottle of water!!! I would rather being charged at the beginning and

À l’arrivée nous avons dit qu on peut regarder les matchs de la coupe du monde au café, il faut juste réserver. Alors on a réservé pour le match Maroc Canada. En arrivant au début du match ils nous demandent de payer 250 dhs par personne juste pour le match!!

- The breakfast was quite basic and didn’t meet the expectations we had for a 5-star property. A wider variety of fresh options would make the experience even better.
- We were allowed into the bar to watch the World Cup match, but shortly afterward a staff member informed us that the hotel’s policy had changed and that we now had to pay to continue watching the game. This was never mentioned in advance or during the booking process, so it came as an unpleasant surprise.

La cuvette wc est très petite difficile à utiliser.
Manque du savon main dans le lavabo.
