Le buffet était constamment ouvert avec du retard, pas très variés et les inscriptions sous les plats ne correspondaient pas à la nourriture dedans.

Disappointed. 5 star price, not even 4 star property.
Pros:

We had a twin queen size room which was comfortable.

Cons:

Although individual staff members were good, there seemed to be a lack of overall governance or direction. Breakfast experience as an example was chaotic and frustrating, simple things unavailable (Amilou unavailable in Agadir?), tables missing silverware. Rooms didn’t have basic amenities expected at 5 star. No shower caps, robes, razors, toothbrushes. Our hair drier didn’t work. In isolation I would have been ok with it, but cumulatively for a top heavy price, it was disappointing. There are other properties in the area.

Eigentlich schreibe ich nie Bewertungen aber dieses Hotel hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Besonders muss ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter betonen. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker, die Auswahl ist zwar nicht riesig aber dafür die Qualität sehr gut. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen hier zu übernachten:-)

Very relaxing and pleasant staff.
Pros:

The location is great, the pools and close proximity to the beach. Service from staff is really good, very pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

The bedding sheet is old. Should be replaced. not very comfortable. The room temperature can't be set lower than 20 degrees. We would wake up often sweating during the night.

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious! There were lots of options on offer and the staff were so friendly and attentive.
We also loved the pool area and the bar where you could watch live sport.

Not worth the price you pay
Pros:

Nice room, lovely pool area

Cons:

My stay was ruined when I got food poisoning from the burger I ordered through room service. I spent hours unwell because of this. I believe it may have been reheated as they originally brought it to the wrong room.

Pros:

Pent, fin utsikt.

Cons:

Langt fra by og butikk. Frokosten var alt for mange mennesker på et lite område. Var ikke nok sitteplasser så vi måtte vente lenge på bord. Når vi endelig fikk bord, var det skittent og vi måtte be flere ganger om å få vasket bordet uten at noe skjedde. Det tok lang tid før mat og drikke ble fylt på. Ventet i 20 min for å få vann og juice.
