Absolutely stunning! The decor, the rooms and the courtyard!
Everything was perfect. GREAT staff as well!
The only positives were cleanliness and friendly staff.
We had read previous reviews mentioning noise, which is why we specifically requested a quieter room. Unfortunately, this was not respected, and we couldn’t sleep due to loud, intimate noises from other rooms. This made our stay a very unpleasant experience.
I would not recommend this hotel to families or for business trips. Overall, it’s better to look for another hotel.
La estancia me encanto, en realidad muy cómodo y limpio la cama deliciosa y el desayuno me agrado bastante.
El trato del personal me pareció bastante bueno sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme en este lugar.
La persiana de mi habitación no cerraba del todo bien y por la mañana entraba luz pero realmente fue algo mínimo

Het hotel was hypermodern en had een zeer ruime kamer, badkamer en ook de douche was zeer ruim voor wat je doorgaans mag verwachten. Ook de fitness ruimte op de bovenste verdieping, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel en het zeer lekkere ontbijt waren een grote plus.
Helaas liet de Wifi verbinding af en toe te wensen over. Vooral op onze hotelkamer haperde de verbinding zo nu en dan. Voor aan de receptie, waar je op een andere connectie zit, was het wel in orde. Als enige tip zou ik mee willen geven om op de kamer een kleine koelkast te hebben. Dit ontbrak. Was niet storend, maar was wel fijn geweest met de warme dagen. Neemt niet weg dat het hotel echt top was qua prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.
Excelente hotel, me sentí como en casa . Todo el personal es muy amable y atento, te reciben con una calida bienvenida , además el cuarto es muy bonito y elegante, todo muy limpio y cómodo.
El hotel está muy céntrico, llegas a todos lados caminando.
También la comida del restaurante es muy buena.

You can hear everything going on in the other rooms.
There was very districtive couple screaming for over 2 hours so I needed to go and tell the security guard to contact them.
Couldn’t sleep the whole night!
There was also banging doors the whole night aswell a very strange experience.
It’s a shame because the staff and location are great!!

Was a bit noisy at night time with people going to their rooms. The open hall ways design is not ideal to stop noise from all floors. But only a very minor thing really.
Einfach alles! Tolles fünf Sterne Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt. Zimmer, Service, Personal sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parken 250 Pesos in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus pro Nacht fanden wir für die Lage in Ordnung.
Der Fitnessbereich ist etwas bescheiden.
Die Lage ist perfekt für Stadt Touristen.
Man ist direkt im Zentrum von Queretaro.
Personal ist super freundlich.
Frühstück ist super lecker und alles wird frisch zubereitet.
Preis/ Leistung ist grandios.
Für mich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln!
