Pros:

Great location, staff super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

AC didn’t work very well. The restaurant is under construction so no food other than breakfast available.

Pros:

La inmejorable ubicación; las habitaciones, cómodas y bellas, la arquitectura en general, demuestra buen gusto y es funcional; el bar, con los muchachos que lo atendían, Sofi y Luis, atentos y agradables.
Excelente opción para estar en el centro histórico.

Cons:

El desayuno es bueno, pero le faltan pequeños detalles, como poner mantequilla, mermelada, leche, todos incluidos dentro del valor.
Igualmente en las habitaciones pueden poner gorros de baño, copitos, lustrador; etc. Son cosas muy pequeñas, de costo bajo, que harían mas placentera la estadía.
Pero no le resta a la calidad del hotel.

Hotel consigliatissimo!
Pros:

L’hotel presenta uno stile sofisticato e moderno, ma molto accogliente. Letto comodissimo con biancheria di qualità. Bagno molto spazioso. La struttura si trova in pieno centro. Il personale è molto cortese e pronto ad aiutare per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Ho apprezzato anche la presenza della palestra situata nella bella terrazza con vista sulla città

Cons:

Purtroppo non è stato possibile collegarsi ad Internet per un problema tecnico. La colazione compresa offre una scelta molto limitata per chi non predilige una colazione salata

Hotel Patio Santiago is a glorious surprise set in the perfect location!
Pros:

Hotel Patio Santiago is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. Absolutely gorgeous, contemporary suites emerge from stunning, traditional Mexican architecture. The location of Patio Santiago is simply perfect. Centro, Plaza de Armas, and beyond are all entirely walkable. During our first full day, my son and I walked 11 miles! Every place we visited in beautiful Querétaro was an incredible experience! The Plaza de Armas, Museo de Arte, Alameda Miguel Hidalgo, as well as our walk from Patio Santiago to the marvelous Hacienda La Laborcilla. Our walk along Rio Querétaro and up through Los Fresnos was wonderful! Bretons, Hacienda La Laborcilla, Maria y Su Bici are a few restaurants we enjoyed during my brief visit. I hope to plan a longer stay in Querétaro. Hotel Patio Santiago will certainly be my choice for accommodations. You must see it for yourself. Words alone cannot describe!

Cons:

There is nothing I did not like! I am currently back in New York missing my accommodations at the beautiful Hotel Patio Santiago!
