Will stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Rooms were very quiet and clean.

Cons:

Bathroom doors need to be darkened. When someone uses bathroom in the night the light shines brightly on the sleepers.

One of the best short stays our Family has ever had.
Pros:

The staff was infinity friendly and accommodating. I have never stayed at a Hotel with a staff that went above and beyond as the current staff at SpringHill Suites in Medford.
Our flight was cancelled and they helped out with any issue we had in rebooking a flight and room.

Cons:

Great location by the airport. It has a pool and a great continental breakfast. The Hotel is incredibly clean and very managed.

Clean, spacious, and very hospitable.
Pros:

The hospitality was excellent! Every staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The toiletries smelled great and the breakfast was excellent! Complimentary water in the lobby was constantly stocked, every detail was taken care of.

Cons:

I could not think of one compliant!
