Pros:

This is a construction zone. Is next-door to an abandoned construction site. The bar has no liquor. Gym has one piece of equipment.

When arriving at Hunab it is not advertised properly. It is located down a street under construction. No one speaks English during my entire stay. No bar by the pool. Non working jacuzzi. First night entering the entire walk thru to my 4th flr room was dark had to use cell light. AC not working due to bad batteries. Holes in screen balcony so couldn't open that. It was not stated that it was a condo. No one returns your call back after the second day finally reaching someone. No hammock by the pool. It's just very misleading. They should stay closed until it is completely up and running. Total guests we saw in complex was about 5. We spoke to a family and they were displeased as well and actually left to days earlier.
