Pros:

The night shift receptionist

Cons:

This was the 2nd time we visited this hotel. Both visits were for 1 night business reasons and a last minute decision.

I will start with the good things. The only good thing was the night receptionist who did an exceptional job and went beyond his duties to try and correct all the deficiencies we had to deal with. And thats about it.

And now to the bad things. We had to change 3 rooms until we finally settled because the toilets were extremely smelly or half of the lights didnt work.

Upon checking in, we ask the receptionist if the restaurant is still open and he says yes. He even calls the "manager" to confirm and for them to wait for us. At 21:30 we are at the restaurant to find no one. Absolutely no one. We call the reception and the man comes upstairs looking for them as well. When he finally manages to find them, a guy comes upstairs he throws the menus on the table, and when we asked for a coctail he went out looking for the barman.... another 10 minutes. At this point we were fed up and decided to leave. Only to meet the "wannabecalled Manager" who asked.... "Whats Up" and when i told him that the whole experience is unacceptable he just laughted and tried to bring us back inside where there wasnt even a barman or waiter capable of serving us. The whole experience has turned us off from visiting again.

Thats a shame because that restaurant and bar was perfect the 1st time we visited and it was again late.... but now....???

Cons:

We booked a room based on pictures, choosing the one with balcony. But the room didn't have it so we had to move to another room. The hotel manager though was very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Location is great, close to the old city centre.
My room had a Balcony.
Hotel staff was forth-coming. 24h reception!

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was small and not really my taste.
The light switches in the rooms are many, very complicated illumination system, cumbersome.

Not bad at all, the rooms are way more smaller than the Photos
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helped us a lot

Cons:

The rooms are too small, there is no sink in the bathroom . The sink is outside the bathroom. Also they offer the guests to rate 10/10 and they will five you a discount 😂

If I traveled again to Cyprus, I'll book at Gate 22 without any doubt
Pros:

Receptionist is very friendly and helpful, I asked to check out late than12pm she extended it to 3pm without extra charge. lots of varieties in breakfast buffet also staff are friendly. room is very clean.

Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et toujours disponibles pour nous aider et répondre à nos questions. Le confort de la literie. Le bar au 8e avec la vue sur la ville.

Cons:

L’hôtel est à la bordure de la vieille ville et de la ville moderne. Par contre, il y avait de la construction partout au tour de l’hôtel. Un marteau piqueur nous a réveillé à 7am un samedi matin.
Les rues derrières l’hôtel qui nous amènent dans la vieille ville sont sales et les édifices sont abandonnés et en décrépitude. Ce n’est pas la fauteur de l’hôtel bien sûr mais ça rend l’expérience moins agréable.
