Super chambre , hôtel parfait et bien placé

Sejour parfait de 4 nuits en appart hotel de 23 m² pour un couple. Tout y est propreté, équipements, literie tres confortable, balcon.... et le top acces à la piscine inclus. Le personnel top aussi. Je recommande.

Fint ophold. Fremragende morgenmadsbuffet. Fantastisk beliggenhed. Dejlig pool. Venligt personale.

Zicara je pored hotela,vrlo ljubazno osoblje u hotelu ima sve sto je jednoj porodici potrebno.

Bel établissement mais il n est pas skis aux pieds . L accès à la remontée n est pas très loin mais il faut monter une pente, pas entretenue entre neige et glace . Pas de navette de l hôtel .mention spéciale : Spa très très bien , j ai fait massage corps et soin visage : équipe au top . Très bon petit déjeuner.

Great location, new modern hotel. Great pool, ski lockers room is good ( but no boot warmers/driers) ,nice modern room maybe a bit small, Nespresso machine, welcome chocolates and biscuits nice touch. Staff friendly. I would recommend.

Our family of 4 stayed in a junior suite and it was overall a great experience. There was enough room for all of us and all of our gear and the location was really good. Easy access to the gondola and an easy walk around to find food and shops.We loved the town and had a great stay here. My only complaint would have been the pool. I thought it would be nice and warm, but it was lukewarm at best. A bit disappointing. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and it worked well for feeding all of us. The staff was helpful overall and the place was clean. The only other complaint is the laundry. It was very expensive to do a few loads due to the dryers not being very effective and having to use them multiple times. However, it was a good stay and we loved our time in Alpe d/Huez.

Séjour en famille. Petit soucis de démarrage pour cette nouvelle résidence surtout au niveau restauration petit dej.Manque d équipements cuisine dans les appartements. Résidence très agréable malgré tout.

Bel hôtel neuf, avec cuisinette. Beau décor moderne. Toutefois, la piscine ferme à 20h ce qui limite les possibilités. L'essentiel du logement etait propre mais certains elements étaient poussiéreux (ex: pied de table). Wifi payant

2 alertes incendie en 3 jours dont une à 7h30. L'accueil nous dit que c'est normal et qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire.
Le menage n'est pas fait, ni les lits ni un coup de balai. La societe sous traitante n'est pas controlée. De plus, notre appart est resté ouvert tout un aprés midi suite au passage d'une personne de l'hotel.

The hotel is fine but they’re will try to cheat you. I pre-paid à suite and the staff booked me into a junior suite at check in. I had to complain and they acknowledged that I paid a higher rate and moved me, but that was after 45 min of arguing. They also made an unexplained charge of €25 on my credit card. I contacted them but they never pick the phone. Also, they ask you to clean the appartement after you: strip the beds etc. This is a hotel which is supposed to be with daily service. They maybe entered the room, but it was never cleaned during our stay

Had a wonderful stay here on our first family ski trip! Very new accommodation that was extremely modern and clean looking. Upon arriving we were warmly greeted at the reception and found the receptionist to be very informative and spoke good English. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was also a duplex and had lots of space for a family of 5. Was clean and tidy upon entering and very warm and cosy with hot water all the time. I made sure to bring kitchen essentials like tea towel, washing up liquid, sponge etc as these aren’t provided. They had towels, dressing gowns and hotel style slippers in the room to use.
Had a small bar area with lots of seating and modern communal area. Also had a pool table. We also used the swimming pool once which was also lovely. Used the ski lockers for our equipment and a short walk to use the Alp Express cable car to take us to the ski areas or you could walk 5-10mins if preferred. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

ottimo appartamento, a pochi metri dalle piste e dal centro del paese, ristrutturato da poco. Buono il servizio piscina e spa, a cui ci è stato dato accesso anche nel pomeriggio dopo aver lasciato la stanza. Non abbiamo provato la colazione ma forse prezzo troppo alto per quello che offre dopo aver visto il bancone

Amazing. We had a family skiing holiday.
The hotel is within easy reach of the slopes and lifts which are a 5 minute walk away. There is also a lift that runs through the village. So you can easily access anywhere in the village by hopping on and off these, free of charge, into the evening.

The staff at the hotel are helpful and kind, speaking perfect English and responding immediately to any requests, fantastic customer service that is second to none.

The apartment is great, we both cooked and ate out. The kitchen is great with a hob and a microwave grill, coffee machine and toaster. Everything is new and in perfect working order. It was cosy warm with a separate bathroom and toilet, a safe, comfy beds and ski lockers.

The apartment is well situated in the village, many of the other accommodation blocks were much further from the slopes, this one is pretty close. It is easy to wander into the village from here, dining places are within an easy walk, approx 10 minutes on foot and if you wish to explore the old town you can catch the village hop off, hop off, free lifts mentioned above to access more restaurants.

There is a well stocked super market within easy reach.

Aple D'Huez is beautiful with many runs. The ski school is close by. The apres-ski party is fun at La Follie, the first stop on the Marmottes lift.

We parked free of charge on the road. Hotel parking is 90 euros a week.

A great place to stay with a warm and caring atmosphere.
