Good, cozy stay
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel was its location. They are not far from the airport (about a 25-minute drive), and they are also in a bustling location, so there is so much to see and do. The room was a decent size and had a very good view overlooking the city. The staff were friendly and attentive. Oh, and they accept cash payments, which was such a convenience for short-stay travellers like me. We didn't get to try their breakfast because we had to leave very early to the airport the next morning, but the dining area was giving a full blown restaurant and looked really nice.

Cons:

While their location is an attraction, it can also deter tourists because the hotel is in the upper part of the building, while the lower part is occupied by shops and businesses. This means the elevator gets dirty quickly due to heavy traffic. You also have to wait for a long time to use the elevator due to the high volume of traffic. Another thing I didn't like about their facility is the bathroom. While the room was nice, the bathroom wasn't and didn't quite match the niceness of the room. There was a bedside socket that was sparking when I plugged in my charger, so I had to unplug it as a result. I believe that with these upgrades, they would have scored higher on 'facilities'. But overall, it is a decent and clean hotel to stay in.

Great hotel, Great Service, Worth the money
Pros:

The staff were very friendly.
The receptionist Ahmed helped us check-in and went out of his way to bring food for us from outside as we checked in after the inhouse restaurant was closed.

The place was clean and tidy.

Early morning breakfast was amazing, and the staff insisted on packing us breakfast as we had to leave in a rush.

Cons:

The noise from outside is a bit disturbing, but closing the windows did the job for us.
The weather was good so closing the windows didn't make the room unliveable.

Pros:

Room is tastefully decorated and bed is comfortable. The food is good at the restaurant.

Cons:

The hotel is in the worst part of the CBD. It is situated literally in the hive of activity. The noise is unbearable and continues 24 hours a day! The constant hooting of cars and buses, disco music played by various shops to attract customers and the hustle and bustle of hawkers, pedestrians and commuters and vagabonds. Notably, my room was in the 16th floor!!

Coupled with the noise is the fact that there is no air conditioning in the rooms and so windows have to be opened and of cause, the fester of mosquitos join in the chaotic noise to ensure a sleepless night!

Un bell’impatto
Pros:

Camera grande, spaziosa e pulita, lo staff molto carino e il cibo davvero buono a prezzi molto convenienti! Nonostante fossimo in centro a Nairobi durante la notte siamo riusciti a dormire senza problemi. Tornerei!

Cons:

Unico neo è stata l’attesa nel ristorante: se siete di fretta considerate almeno una mezz’ora in più nei tempi.

The best hotel I’ve ever been to outside Europe
Pros:

Amazing experience, everything and everyone from check-in to check-out is truly amazing.
Polite and professional staff, great restaurant with great food.
Also room service is reliable and good.
Laundry was ready on the same day for no extra fee.
Delicious breakfast served from early morning till almost noon.

You just feel like in a proper 4 star, even 5 star at some points.

Cons:

It would be really nice if the hotel would be recognizable from the street, it’s really hard to find for the first time. Also navigation signs in the building and elevator would help.
Some parts of the room like nightstands feel quite old and used. It would be nice to go through the rooms and check if there isn’t some maintenance needed or furniture to be bought.

If those 2 things would be sorted, it would be 10/10!

Mokka always delivers!
Pros:

Amazing as always, we will definitely come back!
We had to leave early for safari so they prepared our favorite sandwich for breakfast to-go and also made us great coffee and tea.
