Pros:

Convenient. The staff and the management are open and try to meet your request. The place is clean and orderly.
Food at the restaurant could be better but there are excellent dinning facilities all around.

Pros:

Second stay here either side of a safari. The first stay wasnt so good so before leaving I insisted on a better room with working AC on my return.
I was given a slightly larger room but the AC was a portable unit, the vent pipe feeding into a box, just filling the room with even hotter air. The resteraunt was so slow the food was almost out of date when served, it was also the wrong meal. There were tremendous rains which flooding the building from the roof down. Its a tower block so it was chaos, staff were unable to do anything, there was so much water even the lifts failed which meant walking 15floors of stairs even carrying luggage. It was a complete shambles

Ok room in a central position, hot and noisy
Pros:

An ok overnight. Hotel is in a shared use tower, floors 13 & up. Room was small but functional however no AC which was very disappointing, the whole reason I was prepared to pay UK rates. The restaurant is super super slow and dependant on the chef turning up.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Nairobi
Pros:

Stayed at the Mokka City hotel at the start and end of our safari. Chose this hotel as it was located in the heart of the city which allowed us to go exploring and get away from typical resort hotels.

Our stay was great - comfortable hotel and central to everything. Oustanding staff - especially the guy in reception - super friendly and helpful. Looked after our bags when we were on safari.

The hotel has a great cafe/restuarant - great staff, great food and real value for money.

Will definitely stay here again when we return to Kenya.

Pros:

Lovely stay at Hotel Mokka City. Check in was smooth, and security was downstairs to guide us to the elevator and the right floor as the hotel occupies a few floors of an office building. Location is very central. Great hospitality, comfortable rooms, and reasonably priced restaurant/cafe.

Excellent 5/5*
Pros:

Its Amazing stay and the staff are so friendly. You feel.home with hygiene well maintained.

Chefs are too good and what ever they cook and serve they do with full heart.

Except for lack of parking and a bit of crowed locality i gice full marks to this hotel

Pros:

Great hotel, very conveniently located in city center. We stayed here twice during our trip in Sept 2023. Pictures are as advertised.
Very safe! There are security guards at the entrance of the building and you need your key pass to enter your floor and room.
Very clean and new. Rooms and washroom are spacious.
Staff was very friendly and ready to accommodate anything.
We ate at the restaurant a few times for convenience- clean, nice staff. Food was good, portions are big. Food is slow to arrive so make sure to give yourself enough time to order and wait.
Two downsides: the elevators to the building are very slow and always packed. We found ourselves using the stairs a few times. There is a lot of noise from the city so if you are looking for a quiet place, this might be an issue.
Rating this overall a five as I would recommend and would stay again.

3 nights stay in Nairobi
Pros:

Very conveniently located in the heart of the CBD. The hotel is located on the 13th floor and above in a shared building. Stayed 3 nights and the room is of a decent size and very clean and new for the price. Breakfast is not included but you may get it at their dining hall or cafes within a short walk away. Many power points available for ease of charging devices. The drawback is there is some pub or disco nearby that is very noisy late into the early morning but the soundproof of the room is insufficient to insulate it completely.

Pros:

The staff was very supportive and responsive. The location was great (although it could be not your option if you prefer a quiet place to a city center).

Pros:

I liked the location, quality of service, and the hotel’s basic facilities. If you are interested in a quiet place, this hotel may not be the best one. But that is because the hotel is in the very center of the city, which will provide great convenience.
