Comfy clean bedroom in a good location, but very noisy!!
Pros:

My bedroom was very comfortable & the shower was amazing!!

Cons:

Unfortunately the noise from road is unbearable!!! I simply couldn’t sleep even though I was on the 14th floor! The traffic & super loud street noise is just too much non stop!!

A nice safe haven in downtown Nairobi with great views.
Pros:

The staff here were amazing! They frequently went above and beyond to help us and take care of us. The location is great if you want to be downtown. You can't get more downtown than this. There's a supermarket right across the street. The restaurant was great and the staff there were wonderful too. The food was delicious and always huge portions. The views from the rooms were great too. The hotel felt safe and the staff took care of our luggage while we were on safaris.

Cons:

Every room was different (we had 4 different rooms, as we stayed there on and off over 2 weeks between tours). One room only had cold water. Most had no air-conditioning, but one had a free-standing unit. One had a bar fridge, but it was never really cold. The others didn't. Because the hotel is on the top 4 floors of a public building, the two elevators are shared with many other businesses and frequently take time to get to your floor. Being downtown, the streets are very noisy, especially in the late evenings. You have to keep your windows open for fresh air and to stay cool, but there sounds of Nairobi equates to constant bus horns. There are often homeless people and beggars in the streets outside, so be aware of that when travelling in the downtown area.

A convenient and tasty stopover before a safari, despite the city noise and small rooms.
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect for heading out on a Safari. The food was delicious with very generous portion sizes, and the property was quite clean.

Cons:

The room was rather small and unfortunately very noisy, as the city sounds easily came through. Additionally, you had to run the water for quite a while before it finally turned hot.

Staff, ristorante scortesi e maleducati, dopo aver ordinato da mangiare il pasto è stato servito prima a me e 20 minuti dopo alla mia compagna, inoltre arrivato un piatto non richiesto e una volta fatto presente siamo stati ignorati, la sorpresa finale sta nel pagamento di cose che non abbiamo richiesto abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e siamo stati ignorati, stanchi di questa situazione abbiamo pagato e siamo andati via. si approfittano

Best location, impossible to find 😂
Pros:

Brand spanking new rooms, super clean with hot water. Super friendly staff, so welcoming and accommodating.

Cons:

Impossible to find entrance to as no signs, security had to help me. No a/c or fan so can get a bit hot and stuffy.

Great hotel, Great Service, Worth the money
Pros:

The staff were very friendly.
The receptionist Ahmed helped us check-in and went out of his way to bring food for us from outside as we checked in after the inhouse restaurant was closed.

The place was clean and tidy.

Early morning breakfast was amazing, and the staff insisted on packing us breakfast as we had to leave in a rush.

Cons:

The noise from outside is a bit disturbing, but closing the windows did the job for us.
The weather was good so closing the windows didn't make the room unliveable.

Good, cozy stay
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel was its location. They are not far from the airport (about a 25-minute drive), and they are also in a bustling location, so there is so much to see and do. The room was a decent size and had a very good view overlooking the city. The staff were friendly and attentive. Oh, and they accept cash payments, which was such a convenience for short-stay travellers like me. We didn't get to try their breakfast because we had to leave very early to the airport the next morning, but the dining area was giving a full blown restaurant and looked really nice.

Cons:

While their location is an attraction, it can also deter tourists because the hotel is in the upper part of the building, while the lower part is occupied by shops and businesses. This means the elevator gets dirty quickly due to heavy traffic. You also have to wait for a long time to use the elevator due to the high volume of traffic. Another thing I didn't like about their facility is the bathroom. While the room was nice, the bathroom wasn't and didn't quite match the niceness of the room. There was a bedside socket that was sparking when I plugged in my charger, so I had to unplug it as a result. I believe that with these upgrades, they would have scored higher on 'facilities'. But overall, it is a decent and clean hotel to stay in.
