Mixed Experience in Nairobi CBD
Pros:

My stay was a mix of good and bad. On the positive side, the food was good and reasonably priced.

Cons:

On the negative side, we had to move rooms twice - first due to a leaking bathroom (where we were given an upgrade), and then due to a cockroach. After finding a second cockroach in our third room, exterminators were sent and housekeeping sprayed regularly, which thankfully solved the issue for the rest of our stay.

The front desk was polite and acted quickly, but management refused to offer any compensation or goodwill gesture despite the multiple room changes and pest issues. Decent stay overall, but management could handle guest dissatisfaction much better.

I enjoyed my time at Mokka City Hotel especially my interactions with the courteous, professional and friendly staff
Pros:

Very professional yet friendly staff.
The rooms are airy and clean with housekeeping visits every morning.

Cons:

The location is great for visiting attractions in the City. However, this is a very busy and bustling area and can be noisy at nights.

Good hotel with a friendly staff
Pros:

Very helpfull staff, clean room, Fresh bed linen and a comfortable bed. If you go on an early morning safari, they can prepare a takeaway breakfast box for you.

Cons:

Noise from outside and a leaking shower.

Pros:

Very spacious room and comfy bed. Appreciated the small touches like the bathrobe and slippers (especially after being on a dusty safari).
Staff were nice, but not overly friendly.

Cons:

The shower does not drain very well at all. Even the following morning the shower was still full of water despite showering the previous evening.
I didn't realise that the hotel was located within a building that is 90% shops. The hotel is located only on the upper floors, downstairs is a bit confusing at first but not a major problem
