The stay was boring because tge satellite stations, were not clear & cracking, no flexibility of preference channels. The stations are all fixed.
The cleaners need to do more to keep rooms tidy.

When you book. You are told that you will be fetched from the airport free of charge. This turned out to be a lie. I had

I didn’t really like much about the property.

Cons:

The location was central but it was very noisy. The roads were terribly busy. The ground floor was very busy. The area felt unsafe. The lights don’t really switch off at night unless you take out the room access card. There is no space to put toiletries in the bathroom. The water is either too cold or too hot in the shower. It is very difficult to get the correct temperature. The body wash had a terrible smell. I’m glad I brought mine.

The plugs almost shocked me when I tried to iron. There was literally fire sparks when I plugged the iron that the hotel gave me.

The hotel is located on the 16th floor. There are all types of business in the other floors. This means you have to allocate additional time on the lift because it gets very busy.

Le personnel en règle général était adorable surtout les dames du restaurant et Zam Zam de l'acceuil elle a été très gentille

Cons:

étant situé dans un immeuble commerical il fallait attendre des plombes pour l'ascenceur, la dame qui verifiait la clearence à la fin du séjour a été impoli, j'ai un ensemble qui a mystérieusement disparu à la fin de mon sejour. L'hotel est au coeur de CBS il y'a beaucoup trop d'embouteillages.
