Really enjoyed the property

Our stay was exceptional. The premises were well maintain and accessible. Parking was an issue, but we enjoyed our stay.

Room smelled of curry like Indian cooking BAD.
MULTIPLE air fresheners and windows wide open all day and night couldn’t get the smell to go away.
Otherwise a decent place

Such a great experience at Barsala in Reno. Communication was great. Location was great. Honestly this place was above our expectations. Great for family or multiple people.

The 3 room suite was great. Roomy, quiet, well appointed and comfortable. Parking was on the street (or across the street very close at the circus circus) and was a little scary if you are solo at night. The hallway carpet was stained, but the room itself was clean.

One paned windows kept it chilly. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable. They did not blow up balloons like i asked. Location was amazing. They dont accept service animals and charge you for their stay. The door is complicated to open and didnt know how to lock it until the end of my stay. Very large condo. No free parking. Wish they had more elevators and exits. Overall, i would stay there again and knowing what i know now it'll make it easier for me to prepare and plan for the next time i visit.

Room was very clean and up to date, location and proximity to many places was very convenient. The only complaint from the family was regarding the noise level entering room from street traffic. Road was very busy during night hours. Could hear every single thing all night.

Apartment was clean and well furnished. Was much better than renting hotels. Although it’s listed as “sleeps 4,” you have to be tiny people. Both beds were full sized (not queen) and too small to comfortably sleep 2 adults. Size of beds and distance from room to entrance are my only reason for 4/5 stars. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area. Be sure to reserve parking before check in or chances are you won’t get any.

Our room was kind of far from elevators, especially for my friend who has mobility issues. The hallways were kind of dirty and had been patched kind of messily. I liked the building itself and the amenities provided.

It was my best friends 50th birthday and we booked last minute. The host seemed great and thoughtful. But it was a scam. They say its policy to hold the 300 dollar deposit and then tell you if they don't get the keys back they will cost 300. So then when you return keys exactly as you are supposed to suddenly two days after you are long gone they take your money and say they never got the keys. Now your 300 dollars is gone! Great scam except I am going to small claims ourt. I know it is on camera when I dropped off the keys. I am hiring an attorney to sue them in civil Court. And I plan to alert any media who will listen until I have enough other people who got burned come together!

Clean, lots of space, and easy access.

Canyon Flats Condos are exactly as described, fully furnished apartments. The location, in the middle of downtown is convenient, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The downside of the property is that it does not have a parking at the property. Instead, guests can park for free at the Circus Circus hotel, about a 5 minute walk. It would not have been a big deal, except we had to unload and load ski equipment everyday, and it was quite a hassle having to carry them through the maze of the property. We probably wouldn't stay again during our winter vacation, but it's a good option for summer stays.

All good just a few things the washer is bad, don’t spin

The condo I stayed in was very clean, everything in the unit worked properly, it was very comfortable, and was close to everything. Every place I went to was either in walking distance or within a 15 minute drive, super convenient. It also had a gym and lounge area one the second floor. I parked on the street and it was easy to find parks around the building. I would definitely stay here again.

It was clean and well maintained. We had all the necessities that we required. It was also quiet.

This place was amazing. The checkin process was seamless and the building is very secure. I was very impressed and would stay here any time I visit Reno.

Great place to stay! very convenient and close to downtown and UNR campus. Only downside is limited parking and the floors were reallyyyy sticky upon arrival. everything else was fantastic though!
