Pros:

The view of the cove was perfect. The staff was exceptional. The beach was amazing and the weather was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

We would like to stay in the 2nd or 3rd floor next time.

Beautiful Views, Great Atmosphere
Pros:

We had a lovely time staying 3 nights. Rooms were clean and extremely functional. Kitchen, couch, and dining room table were great. Awesome view of the beach and waves. Shane and Cassie at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 will be back.

Love this cozy place!
Pros:

We love coming here, it's our go to get away for a beautiful, cozy and quiet place. There's nothing better than waking up to beautiful views of the ocean and hearing it roar. Watching all the surfers top it off and the ocean is just a few steps away. Everyone here is so amazing and kind. We love Wayne the GM, he genuinely cares about making everyone stay a one-of-a-kind. We love that we can walk to seaside or take a short drive to cannon beach. This is our home away from home.

OK with wonderful staff
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Ground floor with view of the water.

Cons:

I didn't like being on the ground floor for safety and visability reasons. Was thinking I would be up higher with a balcony with a better view.

What an amazing spot. we had the best view of the ocean, morning coffee on the patio was the best part. very cozy, clean rooms. My son loved the pool! We definitely will be back one day. Highly recommend

If you want to get away from town this is the place for you
Pros:

Room was small and cozy , seaside was only 7 min drive

Cons:

You can hear the neighbors and floors creak throughout the whole room. Beach is close but if your looking to walk on the beach you have to go into town which is a short drive . This location is on the rocky side of the beach. If you want to be in town this isn’t it

The staff made it worthwhile but the amount of money to not have a view was the downside.
Pros:

The staff is amazing! Very helpful and informative. The convenience of being right next to the parking is great for those who are considered ADA. I wouldn’t recommend this room for having a pet.

Cons:

No real advantage for being poolside if the pool isn’t available (do call ahead) which is usually closed by Labor Day. Room 31 is also located next to the ice machine with a window just above it if you are planning to bring your dog it may be such an advantage to be next to. You cannot hear the coast from this room either. Make sure you call to book your room for details. It looks as though there are four rooms that overlook the pool but the pool is not available generally past Labor Day. You get street view. That said he would help for the price that you would have a view of ocean. This could be seen as somewhat misleading. Due to the way that it reads as well as the fact that it shows the building basically is showing the view of the ocean from that side of the building primarily. AC did not work and the carpet had some staining.
