It was a beautiful room. They offered us Modelo’s while we checked in. They were so helpful and friendly and spoke English. An absolutely lovely place with fantastic breakfast cooked to order. I had an amazing egg white omelette with veggies.

The property is very well located, the design of the hotel is beautiful and the reception staff is very friendly and attentive. At all times they gave us good recommendations and even helped us with reservations.
The breakfast is delicious but we feel that it lacked a little variety.
Amazing hotel, the location is ideal, the hotel is new and very confortable, with big rooms and a nice swimming pool. The staff was very kind.

Fantastic Stay at Hotel Concepción – Warm Hospitality & Great Location
Hotel Concepción was the perfect home base during my visit—centrally located just a few blocks from the markets, the main square, and a charming bakery just two blocks away. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff arranged everything I needed, including airport transportation, a memorable cooking class, a breathtaking hot air balloon ride, a guided historical walking tour, and even a six-hour excursion to nearby cities.
A special thank you to Geraldo, Danielle, Victor, and the entire team for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommended!
The location
I felt that the staff was a bit pushy trying to up sell you with their tours or experiences.
I also think that it's overpriced for what you get.

The AC didnt work and it was really hot
Staff is exceptional, and rooms are fantastic.
Comfortable, pleasant stay overall. Location was very good to main square, restaurants, shops and main sights. It would be better if the breakfast had a little more variety and better coffee.
Problem with no water in the bathroom for a day but the management was was apologetic. Backup water was provided until the problem was fixed. The breakfast foods offered had little variety, fruits, juice, eggs and coffee that was not very good. The Nepresso cups provided in the room tasted better.
We stayed at Concepcion Hotel Boutique for a weekend as we were attending a wedding in San Miguel. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was big, with a love of light, however other friends that stayed there got really small and dark rooms (with a sliver of a window). Location is great, staff is super friendly and helpful, but the room you get might change your opinion and sway you into thinking you are not getting what you pay for. My biggest complaint is the door locks - every time you open or close it a voice tells you if its locked or not, making it very hard to come in and out if someone else is sleeping in the room. I would recommend they remove that feature
This place is both charming and beautiful. I would stay there again without even thinking about any other choice!
I would have liked a secure wifi network
The staff is excellent and the hotel is unique with a lot of character. The rooftop gives a nice view of the city which is a bonus.
The breakfast could have been better. A little disappointing on this front. Also, the bathroom is a bit outdated, and one felt it is not that clean because of the rust and some dark dots which I am not sure if it is mould or rust.
