Complimentary roundtrip airport transfer is provided daily as per fixed resort’s schedule. Please note that the guest need to provide detailed flight information at least 24 hours before the arrival date (before 2 p.m. local time) to ensure the availability and the property will arrange the service in a timely manner. The location was great, and having access to both the hotel and the villas was very convenient.
During our stay, there were quite a few ants in the second-floor bathroom. We hope pest control can be improved.
Not a lot.
I will not be staying with Best Western again. Not enough staff for breakfast or poolside service, rendering this experience the lowest of any resort we've stayed at. Clearing tables and replenishing food takes forever. It's not the staff's fault. The hotel chain has gone cheap. Also, their systems don't link well, so you end up debating with staff whether you paid a deposit for food and services every time you want to make a purchase, like renting kayaks or buying drinks by the pool.
Also, the villa pools are not heated. The temperature is pretty fresh but bearable. The main pools are heated and more comfortable for long swims.

Wersja europejska wyjątkowo słaba. Ale podkreślę, że nie wpłynęło to na wysoką ocenę miejsca, do którego z przyjemnością wrócę.
Duży dom, super basen, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Personel sprzątający uśmiechnięty, miły -super. Hotel fajnie położony, blisko miejsca gdzie było dużo "ulicznego" jedzenia. Niestety w drugiej linii od plaży, ale jeździ meleks, który dowozi gości hotelowych.
Hotel powinien mieć maksymalnie 4 gwiazdki. Śniadania w porównaniu z innym hotelem dużo uboższe. Przy dużej ilości osób na śniadaniu personal nie nadążał z donoszeniem brakujących potraw. Zastrzeżenia do personelu recepcji hotelu, nie czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. W kuchni brak sztućców i talerzy.
Családoknak, baráti társaságnak a legszuperebb választás. Mindenkinek van magánszféra mégis együtt vagyunk. Hatalmas konyha, étkező, kényelmes. Reggeli kiváló, part közel van. A piac is 5 perc séta. Grab taxival minden fillérekért elérhető.
Egy ekkora házban minek van konyha ha nincs benne 1 kanál sem?? 8 főre pláne?! Nagyon hiányzott egy mosógép. Van laundry service de hosszabb nyaralás esetén alap a mosógép. Ruhaszárító lehetőség meg egyáltalán nincs.
