Hôtel situé dans un parc avec des 'villas' de propriétaire. L hôtel est retiré du centre mais une passerelle permet d y aller facilement. Bonne literie et très calme même si des coqs sont présents. Un rafraîchissement des chambres serait bien. Manque coffre fort. Par moment nous avions l impression d être seul dans le bâtiment...pas de possibilité de boire un verre. Ni breakfast. Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Il manque un bar dans l hôtel. Mettre des distributeurs de savon plutôt que des petits flacons et savon solide. Les Villas semblent à l abandon dans le complexe ça fait bizarre

Excelente la chica que nos recibió en recepción, nos dio muy buenas explicaciones y recomendaciones y muy buena la flexibilidad para el uso de las instalaciones, puedes llevar tu hielerita con tus cervezas o bebidas preparadas en tu termo y botanas, la alberca está grande y muy bonita (Club de playa), excelente ubicación y precio, está cerca Sayulita y San Pancho es mas agradable si quieres algo mas tranquilo.

Cons:

Puerta en el inodoro o puerta mas firme en el acceso al área de baño, el guardia de acceso al complejo fue grosero (si nos comentaron que es personal subcontratado)... muy mal que no hubiera ningún administrativo durante la noche.

Excelente servicio al cliente, por su personal muy amable.
El único punto a mejorar es contar con Palapas y camastros en la playa, ya que además de no estar tan accesible llegar, no tiene donde poder sentarse/relajarse a la orilla del mar.

Realmente me encanto el lugar, una hacienda preciosa, solo que no cuenta con el personal suficiente, pedi me cambiaran el foco de la alberca de mi habitación y no lo hiciero, pedi agua y solo me diero la que estaba en la habitación cuando llegamos, los 3 siguiente dias no nos la proporcionaron y el Internet nunca fue posible tener el la habitación. Por estos detallles no pudo ser excelente.
