Pros:

Do not go to this hotel. The information and the photo on the description are false. No swimming pool, no breakfast included. The air conditioning does not work at all. The rooms are horrible, dirty. The water is rusty and has an atrocious smell. In addition to a mediocre & non-present service. We had to leave and they did not refound us. To be avoided absolutely

Good location but many issues
Pros:

Our first room was pretty terrible, lots of bugs and unbelievably loud from the club across the street but they moved us the next day without issue, this room is in better condition and had no stains and cigarette burns on sheets like other one did. Be sure to check room out before settling in and stay in a room away from the main road, we were up for hours and ear plugs didn’t work. There is not always someone at the desk if you need something. Great free water jug in lobby and great location lots of restaurants and near pub street. The pool is pretty much disgusting and it doesn’t seem they are trying to recover it. The elevator also doesn’t work and doesn’t seem like they want to fix it as it is just blocked off and we were there 4 days and never saw it being worked on.

Pros:

Great place to stay in Siem Reap ant excellent location to walk to PUB Street. Very Good room and internet works Great-need that to do my work. Evrything works in the room and the food is great there. Order the food and pronto it will be in U room. Try the Pide with egg and cheese for breakfast or lunch. Pasta la Vista Excellent food. The bar is great with 3 TV's to watch sports. Great folks offer Excellent Service-stay there 5 days and extended for 10 more days. Thank You and highly recommended the property. See U Soon.
