Pros:

There were no hangers or chairs in the rooms. Purchased a Coffee and it was terrible. Water pressure very weak, smelled like sewage and we lost power the last night.

El personal deja mucho que desear, la habitación todo el tiempo debia tener la ventana abierta sino olía demasiado a drenaje. Te restringen todo
Las instalaciones son buenas pero no hay absolutamente nada a la redonda, en el post decia que estaba a 5 minutos de la zona arqueológica y es mentira. No volveré a reservar

Doble cobro, y más del acordado!!!
Pros:

Tristemente estoy revisando mis estados de cuenta y resulta que me están cobrando $2290.33 por mi estancia de un día. Resulta que a mi llegada dijeron que no se tenía la reservacion y que tenia que pagar en ese momento pero a otro costo, siendo la mitad de lo que finalmente anoto, pero esta cantidad es del doble de lo que en ese momento yo pague. Otra cosa relevante es que la dirección que aparece en la publicidad de la ubicación de hotel no existe, siendo que esta se encuentra a 3 Km. De distancia de la que se señala. Ahora tengo el problema de cómo recuperó el doble cargo.
