Хотелът е изключително уютен, много чист и тих – идеално място за спокойна почивка. Персоналът е любезен и се усеща специалното отношение към всеки гост. Закуската беше много вкусна – с домашна лимонада, прясно изцеден фреш и хубаво кафе. Впечатление ми направи и качествената козметика в банята, което е приятен детайл. Един от най-интересните моменти беше безплатният тур на римската баня, върху която е построен самият хотел – наистина уникално преживяване. С удоволствие бихме отседнали отново!
Ubytovanie vo Villa Flavia bolo dokonalé. Veľmi veľmi príjemný hotel, spojenie histórie a prítomnosti, personál, skvelé raňajky, úžasná poloha v centre mesta, blízko pamiatok. Vybavenie - kávový servis, čajový servis, voda vo fľaši, minibar zadarmo, papučky, kozmetika Rituals. Každý deň po raňajkách prednáška o historickom náleze pod hotelom - rímske kúpele spojené s prehliadkou - úzasné. Hotel čistý, príjemný, útulný.

В номере удобный матрас, очень приятное белье, шумоизоляция отличная. Есть чайник, чай, кофемашина и капсулы, вода по количеству проживающих, сейф, тапочки, фен, кондиционер.
Завтрак выше всех похвал.
Под зданием находится часть римских терм и древней системы водопровода. Для гостей проводят по утрам краткие экскурсии. Нам понравилось, было интересно.
Спасибо всем, кто поддерживает это место, и создает там превосходную атмосферу для нас, гостей.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were even a little sad that we only stayed for one night.
The staff were wonderful — polite, welcoming, and truly hospitable.
We received a warm welcome, were checked in early, and were even upgraded to a higher room category.
A big thank you to all the hotel employees! The attitude toward guests is exceptional, and the service is of the highest standard.
The room had a comfortable mattress, very pleasant linens, and excellent soundproofing. There was a kettle with tea, a coffee machine with capsules, complimentary water according to the number of guests, a safe, slippers, a hairdryer, and air conditioning.
The breakfast was outstanding — truly beyond praise.
Part of the Roman baths and an ancient water supply system are located beneath the building. Short morning tours are offered for guests. We really enjoyed it — it was fascinating.
Thank you to everyone who maintains this place and creates such a wonderful atmosphere for guests like us.

The location is perfect as it is just short walk to all main attractions of the city. The staff is very helpful and friendly.The room is really comfortable. I really like the short tour of the roman bathhouse in the morning.It deserves a 5/5 and no doubt a great hotel to stay in. Please keep up and if I am ever back in Plovdiv, this hotel will be my first choice. =)

Exceptional, interesting hotel, very good location, very polite staff. Built on top of an ancient Roman bath. A very detailed presentation is given by the staff, in the Roman bath itself (basement). Exceptional work, very interesting experience
