Pros:

Расположение отеля очень удобное. Персонал внимательный и дружелюбный. Нам предоставили номер более высокой категории без доплаты — это было приятным сюрпризом.

Отель новый, всё чисто и исправно работает. В номере есть всё необходимое: полотенца, халаты, тапочки, а также чай и кофе.

Завтраки отличные, выбор достаточный.

Особенно впечатлило, что владельцы сохранили историческое наследие этого места, несмотря на то, что это, вероятно, усложнило и затянуло строительство. В цокольном этаже находятся хорошо сохранившиеся руины римских терм. Нам даже провели небольшую экскурсию и подробно всё рассказали — это стало отдельным ярким впечатлением от проживания.

Excellent place to stay in Plovdiv
Pros:

Villa Flavia is a great hotel. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated. The staff went out of their way to look after us, including catering to dietary requirements for breakfast and offering us a fascinating private tour of the Roman ruins in the basement! The location within Plovdiv couldn't be better. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Great hotel in central location.
Pros:

Pretty little hotel in great central location even with it's own Roman ruins underneath which you can get a free tour of after breakfast. Breakfast very tasty with lots of homemade baked goods plus yoghurt and fresh lemonade. Lovely roof terrace with partial views of amphitheatre. Staff very helpful and gave lots of recommendations.

Everything was good, just beds a little firm.

Pros:

Много приятен престой – чист и уютен хотел с любезен и отзивчив персонал. Закуската беше напълно удоволетворяваща. Останахме допълнителна нощувка и получихме същите добри условия.
Особено впечатление прави разкритата римска баня в основите на хотела и интересните разкази от персонала за историята и града – това придава уникална атмосфера.
С удоволствие бих препоръчала!
