Modern fairy tale
Pros:

Fairy tale place! Warm welcoming and kindest personal. Great location in Old City and close to Art Academy where we attended contest “Talents of Orpheus”. Clean and tidy rooms, free drinks and zesty espresso.

Un salto nel tempo
Pros:

Atmosfera accogliente e affascinante. Un hotel un cui si mescola perfettamente modernità e rispetto della storia e dell'eredità culturale della città.
Lo staff è gentilissimo, attento e preciso. Pronto a soddisfare con un sorriso le richieste del cliente.
Le camere ampie e pulitissime, con letto comodissimo, dispongono di macchina del caffè e bollitore e, in aggiunta, frigo bar con bevande in omaggio. Il bagno ampio e comodo è dotato di prodotti Rituals oltre che dei prodotti utili come cuffietta, cotton fioc, dischetti struccanti.
La colazione offre una scelta abbastanza varia, anche se non vastissima, con prodotti di ottima qualità.
Particolarmente affascinante la presenza, all'interno della struttura, di una vasca termale di epoca romana che il personale consente di visitare accompagnando gli ospiti in una visita guidata davvero interessante.
Insomma, tutto più che perfetto!

Amazing little hotel with TONS of attention to detail and a friendly staff
Pros:

This place is a gem. They found old roman bathhouse under the foundation when renovating and decided to fully display it - they will even give you a guided tour of it after your breakfast if you wish (I recommend to!). Everything is done with care, the service is absolute top tier and the rooms are top quality, you can even see the attention to detail from things like how high quality their coat hangers in the room are. Private gated parking lot almost next to the hotel with very easy access and spacious slots, do reserve in advance though, looked like about 8 spots or so.

Cons:

Due to being a small boutique place, their breakfast is a'la carte - you choose on the eveninf what you want - which is understandable. Also to be fair, they recommended me other breakfast options, but I do NOT recommend to take the meats and cheeses selection - this has the most basic selection and components and had no stand-out components and felt not in line with how nice all the rest of the experience in the hotel was.

Amazing Property
Pros:

Wonderful property with an amazing, professional staff and exceptional attention to detail. Everything at the hotel was beyond perfect, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone back in Barcelona, as well as to friends around the world who plan to visit Plovdiv in the near future.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Plovdiv, just a 2-minute walk from the Old Town and the most beautiful streets. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful in every way. Excellent breakfast, comfortable and well-equipped rooms. We highly recommend it to all visitors to Plovdiv.

One of the best stays I’ve had in a long time.
Pros:

Was in a very central location, close walking distance to the high street and local restaurants. Includes a parking lot (€5 per day) but given how difficult it is to find parking, a fee I gladly paid.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond their duties. Breakfast was delicious every morning.

Very modern and clean.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.

ВСИЧКО! Бяхме посрещнати на паркинга и въведени в хотела от любезния персонал. Предложиха ни топла напитка за добре дошли, докато ни регистрираха в хотела. Екипът, много лъчезарни млади хора, ни обясни как да стигнем до стаята и отговори на въпросите ни за забелижителностите в града и ни препоръча места за хранене. ХОТЕЛЪТ Е УНИКАЛЕН и с УЮТНА атмосфера. Има вътрешна градина с исторически артефакти и тереса на покрива с гледка към амфитеатъра и Пловдивската митрополия.Закуската, предлагана от хотела, е разнообразна и вкусна. Предлагат европейска, българска ( баница, пържени филийси) и здравословна (чия, мюсли). А персонала, персоналът е истинско богатство - внимателни, любезни и готови да съдействат за всичко. След закуска ни предложиха разходка с гид, в основата на хотела сред архитектурните находки на римска баня. Беседата може да бъде на български и английски език, а след нея ни прожектираха кратък историчеки филм за Пловдив и околностите. Беседата, напитките за добре дошли и безалк. напитки в стаята бяха комплимент от хотела.

Çok memnun kaldım.
Pros:

Çok temizdi. Odalar çok genişti. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi. Tekrar gidersem mutlaka tercih ederim. Teşekkürler
