Just perfect little place
Pros:

Absolutely amazing place! Location is perfect, staff were very helpful and polite, breakfast was very tasty with some home made dishes. What really surprised us was a hidden gem in the basement - ancient roman bath remains that are very well preserved. Staff (or it might have been the owner) was very passionate telling us the story of the site and the building - it was quite a nice 20-minute tour. The rooms and the whole hotel are very nice mixture of modern technology, restrained clean design and heritage elements. Attention to details is very high with things like quality cosmetics in the bathroom and complimentary drinks in the room. Secure parking is available nearby at additional charge. Can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a place in the historic center of Plovdiv.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like was that we were just staying for one night.

Das mit Abstand beste Hotel, in dem ich je war!
Pros:

Wir waren sprachlos: das Hotel ist auf einem Teil der römischen Therme erbaut, man spürt als Gast den Stolz und die Liebe zum alten Erbe, der Chef führt durch den Untergrund und erzählt voller Begeisterung über das Alte, aber auch das Neue, das Hotel sprüht nur so vor Charme und Geschmack
Selbstredend, dass das Personal sensationell ist
Lage zudem perfekt
Plovdiv nur in diesem Hotel!!!!

hotel bellissimo location perfetta per visitare la città . colazione ottima con tutto veramente eccezionale. dopo la colazione c'è una visita gratuita per i sotterranei romani dell hotel. bagno ottimo , letti ottimi .

Up there with the best of the best. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff, willing to go the extra mile. Immaculate , tasteful decor throughout. One of my memorable stays, enhanced by an informative guide to the buildings history. An extensive breakfast catering for international visitors, presented in tasteful surroundings. All amenities catered for, both in rooms and extraneous services providing laundry etc. A truly great experience provided by attentive and dedicated staff.

Absolutamente recomendable. Cuidado el detalle. Estancia muy confortable en todos los aspectos.
Pros:

El ambiente del hotel es perfecto. Se respira confort. El desayuno tipo bufet está muy bien y el lugar donde se sirve, con luz natural y opción terraza, es muy agradable.

Todo bien, no hay nada q no me gustara.
