The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to all main sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We also really enjoyed the tour of the Roman baths in the basement, which was a unique experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
Výborný personál, dobrá poloha, kvalitne raňajky, terasa na streche aj služby kaviarne prekonali naše očakávanie. Hotel je nový, má výbornú polohu. Predovšetkým ale ústretovosť personálu bola výnimočná.

Perfect location, a small boutique hotel, excellent service! Staff is so kind, breakfast is excellent in a very nice garden restaurant. Cozy, comfortable and modern rooms. The highlight is the Ancient Rome bath underneath the hotel with an excellent tour guide - totally free!!!
No gym, no pool. It wasn’t a problem for us, but just so people know. The hotel is quite small , so there is no extra space for that..

Ambiente curatissimo, servizio già molto presente via whatsapp, assistenza per il parcheggio.
L’hotel dispone di un parcheggio privato e recintato in pieno centro a Plovdiv, davvero un lusso!
Le camere sono perfette, con ciabattine, prodotti buonissimi della Ritual, macchina del caffè, acqua e possibilità di frigobar libero.
Non solo ma la colazione è strepitosa e il personale professionalissimo.
Parlano un ottimo inglese e sanno consigliarti tutto sulla città su dove mangiare, visite guidate escursioni ecc ecc..
A coronare il tutto la presenza di uno scavo romano proprio sotto la reception e l’opzione di visita guidata da parte dell’hotel dopo colazione.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in Bulgaria. Location was amazing, staff was great, as we as the food. The rooms were also quite nice with an amazing view.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Flavia in Plovdiv. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and its historical attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of fresh and tasty options. One of the highlights of our stay was the fascinating tour given by the owner, who showed us the archaeological remains beneath the building and shared their history. It was a unique and memorable experience.
I highly recommend Villa Flavia to anyone visiting Plovdiv. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future!

Possibly my favorite hotel in which I have ever stayed. The entire facility was pristine, and the character and integration of authentic history with modern comfort of a gorgeous small hotel was unmatched. Great location for walking around Kapana and seeing many of the local Plovdiv sites. We didn’t even know about the Roman bath ruins in the basement when booking this hotel, and I loved the complimentary tour. Lastly, the complimentary minibar beverages were a great touch. Not common at all in my experience, and it was very much appreciated. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and encourage anyone considering it to book!
