Could have been much better, wouldn’t recommend or come back to that hotel.

Cons:

The walls were thin so you could hear others in their rooms. The main staff member told me I had to wait for towels because they were still in the dryer. I stayed 3 days… we were only given one towel, one wash cloth. I had to hunt down the person cleaning rooms for people that were checking out. She was kind and gave me some towels and wash cloths.

A good budget option for those that need to be in the west side of the city

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and it’s located in a good spot for being on the west side of the city

Cons:

While the room I stayed in was clean, some of the sheets smelled very dingy. The doors are locked up at nighttime so it can also be inconvenient to get into the hotel

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly. I stayed there on a travel assignment and have absolutely no complaints about the staff. Any questions or problems they was very prompt with answering. I felt safe due to you having to have a key to enter the building.

Cons:

The place was not clean at all. There was stains in the wall. The allowed dogs, which is no problem but the cleaning after them after they depart was concerning. There was hair in thr shower, on the walls. Yellow dried up what appear to be snot on the curtains. The tv sometimes wouldn't work and I would have to unplug it for some seconds. The halls smell like dog just urine on certain floors.
