Pros:

no lift in this property, issue of hot water in the room i stayed. poor service.

Pros:

This property don't have lift facility so you need to use stair.
Hot water was not coming properly in bathroom and I complained multiple times but they don't resolved the issue.
Its near to MG marg and walkable distance from there.
Property is new so you will not face smelling rooms and all.

Terrible hotel, do not book.
Pros:

Totally pathetic hotel without any service even though it's a newly constructed hotel. No proper things in rooms, no utensils in kitchen, ridiculous staff who don't know how to treat guests. No lift in the hotel and no guests were there. I booked it for my aged parents & they gave room on 1st floor without lift. It was a big harassment for them. There was no dustbin in the room, no card to show intercom number of reception & they had to come down for getting water or anything. They asked for Tea & after 30 minutes a lady came to the room saying it would cost Rs. 40/- per tea & if we could afford. Bullsh*t, do they think there are beggars staying in the hotel!!!!! Atleast do not book your stay with any kind of meal in this hotel, they don't have a cook, only the main will prepare food as he/she knows. All the food served were totally tasteless & all the staff members were very very rude. Seemed like none of them were interested to work there or were not paid at all. Really pathetic experience for my parents.
