Peaceful and enjoyable
Pros:

I had a lovely stay at Here as always. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The food was enjoyable, and the facilities made the stay even better

Cons:

My only minor dislike was that the breakfast options could have been more varied. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend the hotel.

De ligging van het hotel ten opzichte van de luchthaven is een plus. Het ontbijt is prima. De familie-suite maakt het mogelijk dat je ook gasten ontvangt.

Cons:

We ontdekten dat de fooi die we de vorige keer in het hotel hadden achtergelaten, niet doorgegeven was een de medewerker voor wie het was. We hadden niet het gevoel dat onze klacht hierover serieus genomen werd. We zagen in ieder geval geen concrete actie naar de betreffende medewerker. Bij ons vertrek was onze dochter haar kamerkaart ergens in de kamer kwijt geraakt. Daar wilde het hotel een belachelijk hoge prijs voor krijgen, terwijl dat een simpel plastic kaartje is, die gewoon ergens in de kamer lag. We hadden sterk het gevoel dat we beduveld worden. Heel vervelend. Onze weg naar buiten werd geblokkeerd, de poort werd geblokkeerd, en er werd veel geschreeuwd en gedreigd. Ik denk niet dat we hier nog een keer komen.

Na de vorige keer viel het onderhoud en de hygiene in het hotel ons wat tegen.
Pros:

Het hotel is dicht bij het vliegveld en dat is prettig als je vliegtuig laat aankomt. Het was voor ons de tweede keer in dit hotel. We hadden een familie-suite en een standaard kamer geboekt. Het ontbijt was prima.

We hadden een familie-suite en een standaard kamer geboekt. Helaas zat de familie-suite vol zwarte schimmel. We hebben de kamer geweigerd en daarna op een extra matras in de andere kamer geslapen. De volgende nacht kregen we een andere familie-suite en uiteindelijk hebben we de 1e nacht van de suite niet betaald. Dat was daarmee goed opgelost, maar die kamer had nooit aangeboden mogen worden.

This place is not worth the hype!
Pros:

Good WiFi quality and entertainment channels like Netflix and prime video.

Cons:

The rooms; the fact that I got a standard room does not mean that I should be treated poorly. The bathroom looks old, and hot water takes time to come out. There is not wardrobe and AC doesn't even work well ( I'm inside the room and still sweating. The food is terrible! The bed gave me serious back and neck pains!

Pleasant and quiet. Efficient and friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Varied daily and offered authentic Nigerian dishes rather than standard continental or European fare. The coffee from the machine was excellent quality.

Cons:

Keeping the food, plates, and cutlery topped up during breakfast can be improved. I had to ask for a fork and plate as they had run out.
