Apartment options, price and location to QV markets and trams

Room was clean, modern & comfortable as you would expect from a recently opened (July 2024) hotel
Close to Flagstaff gardens & Queen Vic Market, as well as a nice stroll to the Bourke St Mall
Was disappointed that our room was only on the 8th floor & didn’t have a nice view of the Flagstaff gardens as depicted in the photos for our particular room type.
The bed was comfortable but way too low - great for young adults but not for regular adults. No one looks elegant climbing in & out of almost floor level bedding.
The TV was also only a small size & not the 55” on the hotel website & there was no air con / fan in the bedroom
Spacious well appointed and clean room. Lovely pool area and gym. Easy walk to Skybus and Southern Cross station.
Room sounded like a wind tunnel. Double bed too small for two people for more than a couple of nights. Towels need upgrading.
Sehr elegantes Design, alles war perfekt durchdacht, neuwertig und super sauber! Uns hat grundsätzlich alles an dieser Unterkunft gefallen!
Vor allem der Blick aus dem Bett war phänomenal, zumal der Spiegelschrank den Eindruck eines riesigen Panoramafensters noch verstärkt hat.
Das Bett selbst war auch schön hart und bequem, auch die Kopfkissen waren gut gepolstert und nackenfreundlich.
Die Dusche war herrlich groß, luxuriös und hatte tollen Wasserdruck.
Der Waschtrockner war sogar von Bosch und hat 1a funktioniert.
Die Lage war super zentral an der Train / Bus Station, zu Fuss war es aber ein Stückchen zum Fluss, beim nächsten Mal würden wir ggf. sehen ob wir etwas finden was noch näher am Ufer liegt.
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten:
Das Bett war relativ klein für 2 Personen, ich denke 160cm. Dabei hätte ein bequemes 200x200 Bett locker ins Schlafzimmer gepasst.
Die Klimaanlage war relativ schwachbrüstig und zudem nur im Wohnraum - es gab aber einen Standventilator der der Luft zwischen den Räumen in Bewegung hielt.
Der Toilettendeckel fiel immer von alleine zu (Apartment 1620 glaube ich) und hatte keinen Softclose.
Clean and spacious. Close to everything we needed and staff were lovely and very accommodating.
The TV in the apartment we stayed in needs to be updated to accommodate streaming services such as Netflix. We wanted a chill night in one of the evenings and were looking forward to just watching a movie and relaxing, but couldn’t as the tv wasn’t a smart tv. We were only able to watch free to air and were limited to anything decent.
The location is great to get around. Close to everything and really enjoyed the steam room and pool.
I would have liked a tv in the main bedroom as it helps me sleep and if there were fans available. It was hot both nights and the only source of cooling was the split con in the lounge. I woke up sweating multiple times. Apart from that, everything else was great.
Clean and comfortable.
The apartment could have had another comfortable chair, and the kitchen was slightly lacking in equipment.
The location was excellent; close to Skybus and Southern Cross Station.
The television had a mind of its own - worked after turning it off for 2 hours or more

睡覺聽得到外面的白噪音聲~~只有一個臥室有冷氣~另一個臥室無冷氣! 兩間臥室只有一個吹風機還是壞掉的~還好隔天服務人員馬上提供新的吹風機使用
立地が良く、共用施設も綺麗。
受付のスタッフはあまり親切じゃない。

Such a beautiful modern apartment with stunning views of the park
Didn’t realise the bedroom wouldn’t have aircon but we just kept the door open from the living room aircon and used a pedestal fan and it was fine but the apartment gets hot in the day from the giant glass windows lucky Melbourne is cold 90% of the time
There is no aircon in the bedrooms and the aircon in the living is not really cold, luckily the weather is not that hot
