A great experience and location, I hope to stay hear again for a holiday next year.
Pros:

Friendly staff and very clean and tidy. Rooms are well set up and convenient to shopping and catching a tram to the Grand Prix. The gym had way more equipment than I expected, and I could see the pool was popular. The bathroom was equipped with a Bosch washer behind a door which came in very handy.

Good facilities and location
Pros:

Catherine was lovely and really tried her best to help us. The view was magnificent, the room was generally well kept. Swimming, gym, spa and sauna facilities were lovely and often empty when we wanted to use them.

Cons:

We asked for earlier check-in which we assured could be looked into and we'd be called when the room was available but no one called so we came back to the hotel and asked again, they found a room for us a half hour before check-in time after waiting several hours for a call. The main issue however was we had a power bank and electric mini fan stolen after a mini clean was completed. We weren't notified of the mini clean and according to staff wasn't meant to occur. I've made enquiries with the hotel and they're still looking into it. The cleaner also left rubbish on the floor in our room and outside the door to our room which I had to ask to have removed. The bathroom door didn't close properly. If you have the curtains in the bedroom open be warned the room will be very hot if the sun is out, the tinting doesn't help and no aircon in the bedrooms, overnight we were both very hot even with aircon running on 22 all day.

Fantastic location, but not the most comfortable.
Pros:

Great location, space to move in the apartment, staff were really friendly. Modern rooms. Pool and heated spas were nice, however I don’t think the pool was very heated haha, but refreshing after a hot sunny day.

Cons:

Room across from us had parties / super noisy most nights and woke us up.
Bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable, and road noise / insulation from hallway and other rooms wasn’t great. Our sheets had stains on them, they looked clean however. We were so tired from the Grand Prix every day and came back late, was after staff hours so we just slept right away, if we had more time I would have spoken to staff during hours about room with noise and sheets.

Wonderful location and reception staff were incredibly helpful.
Pros:

Location to Marvel stadium and Docklands was really close, set in middle of Korea town with loads of restaurants and Spencer St outlets. Coles, Liquorland and Asian supermarkets close by too. 1 bdrm Apartment was well appointed and had a large sized study nook for luggage.

Cons:

Neighbouring building really close but Aspire seems to have single view tinting so privacy was good.

Toller Pool und Fitnessgeräte, Balkon. Bad, Küche, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle.

Cons:

1. Housekeeping hat total versagt, weil Bett zu schmal war und keine brauchbare Decke zur Verfuegung gestellt wurde. Zwar wurde eine blanke Zusatzdecke am 2.Tag zur Vefuegung gestellt. Das war aber keine versprochene nutzbare separate Decke. Ich musste meinen eigenen Schlafsack nutzen, um hygienisch ueberhaupt einigermassen schlafen zu koennen und das ganze fuer 4 gebuchte Naechte.
2. Kein Platz zur Wand am Fussende, um am Bettende vorbeizugehen. Verfuegbar waren ca.20cm mit hervorstehenden Hindernissen in der Wand.(verletzung an aus Wand stehender Antennenbuchse und Tuerschlossblech.

Cons:

Only dislike was the sing bed in our apartment had no privacy and was very dark or very bright with an overhead light. A closable curtain across the front of the room, bed side table with a lamp or floor lamp and potentially even a storage option at the end of the bed would go a long way to elevate that space
