It looked nice and very new, but there is an unbearable smell - like glue or lacquer

Perfect like always

There was an overwhelming smell of cleaning supplies when we entered into the room. We opened all of the windows so it could air out. The material chairs were stained. And the toilet and bathroom sink were very slow to drain. We even had to go by a plunger. I use to really love this location, but now I'm having second thoughts about staying here again.

The staff were real friendly and helpful. They cared about my stay and it showed. They went out of there way to help

Not having an office onsite was a bit inconvenient as we did not have the code to get in. After attempting the number several times we did get an answer and the person was very helpful. The room was simple and very clean, a good value for the money.

Didn't end up staying there?The lady was drunk and couldn't get us in our room..

Wondered how the check in was going to work, it went seamless. We meet a property representative just by chance she was very helpful and made herself available if we needed something.

Had some issues getting into my room. But the customer service was outstanding! Was very happy after all was said and done. Will stay here again!

all was great, but had to call to correct wrong door password, took a few minutes to receive a return call with right pass code. it was hot waiting. I'm sure it is a rare error. Really it was nice.

Clean and comfortable. We appreciated the gas grill and USB charging ports.

Would stay there again, nice and clean and quiet, beds are nice, pillows a bit stiff for me. Good looking rooms. Great parking and easy access. Duchesne, Utah location. Room #1 I rented.

Everything was perfect I love this place

I loved that there was a full coffee maker cause that was very important to me and my wife and the room was immaculate the only thing I would have done better is make sure the code was correct when I tried opening the door to the room the code was wrong and I had to call the suites office to get a new code to the door so that delayed us from getting in the room I was there was an option to check in the room earlier as well cause 3pm was too late maybe make it 1-2pm

When we arrived, the room we were assigned was occupied. Then the 2nd room we were assigned we could not access. When we finally got into a room, the floors were dirty, and there seemed to be bugs by the air conditioning unit that were dead. All in all not the best experience

Enjoyed visit but missed the personal touch of being able to speak to someone on property. Bed too high for short people. Maybe include a step stool.

Rooms were nice. They were spacious bed was comfy. No staff on hand at the facility, other than that it was very nice.

Super cute and cozy little place. Serves its purpose and close to the lake!
