Chose this hotel because the rental car company is just around the corner.
Pros:

Location was central to Cuban st which is one block away.
Helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

There is a hippy bar beside the hotel with loud music until late.
The room ventilation blows out very strongly from the ceiling and cannot be turned down or off.

Great apartment hotel a hop step and jump from Cuba St. Clean, quiet and central. Good amenities in the room including a basic kitchen for self catering. Friendly staff. Would absolutely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were welcoming and the accommodation was well-located in the city with an easy walk to excellent restaurants and cafes. The rooms were extremely clean and we had everything we needed.

Cons:

The parking was adequate. Initially, we were confused about how to exit and reenter the building; possibly, some signage could direct visitors to the hotel.
