Perfect location with great amenities
Pros:

Location was perfect, Cuba St. was very close, next to the park and parking garage.
Room had all the amenities and laundry was free , available on every floor.
Access to an excellent health club was a bonus, though it was a short 8 minute walk. However,it is a much better idea than having a few machines in the hotel.
The view was beautiful, we had a view of the park and were high up, so we saw Wellington.

Cons:

The parking spot we were assigned was great until someone else parked in it.
Sojourn didn't have enough spots, so we had to park in another spot which they did pay extra for.
The process was not ideal.

Our room had a giant pillar that took up a large part of the room.

Great location, well priced and friendly staff, will stay here again
Pros:

Great location, rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff were really friendly and accommodating

Cons:

Only very small issue was the door stop in the bathroom, which while stopping the door hitting the towel rail behind it meant the door didn’t open fully

Cons:

My room was slightly smaller than I would prefer....I was on my own but if my partner was with me it could have been a bit small. In saying that my son's room was an excellent size!

Great location, comfortable, great value for money.
Pros:

It was comfortable and very convenient to the city. Spacious rooms. Very nice staff including the cleaning staff.

Cons:

I stayed at in a king studio on level 3. It’s a little noisy from the street till about 10:30pm but quiet after that. I think a room up higher might be better if you want complete peace and quiet.
