とても良い思い出になりました。
Pros:

横浜アリーナでのライブの際に利用しました。
自然が多く静かでとても環境の良い所にあり、最寄り駅周辺にはショッピングセンターやコンビニも揃っており、とても便利な立地でした。駅からホテルまでも歩道橋を利用して迷わず行くことが出来ました。
すぐ近くに大きな公園があり、朝はカフェでご飯を食べてから桜を見に行ったり、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。
施設自体は古さはありますが、清掃が行き届いていてお部屋も綺麗で、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

ホテル内にレストランはないですが、最寄りのセンター南駅周辺にはコメダ珈琲やスタバ、タリーズもあるので特に不便さは感じませんでした。
また横浜に行く際は利用したいです。

Cons:

他の方も仰るように、枕元にコンセントが無いので、人によっては不便さを感じるかもしれません。

Great value and fantastic location to retreat to after a busy day.
Pros:

Really close to the center minami train station. If you need stay in the area or what to save a bit of money, this location is great. It's in a nice quiet area so its great location to retreat to after a busy day in the city and as mentioned is about a 5min walk to the center minimai train station so one can easily get to Yokohama or Tokyo.

The location also has tons of restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, coffee shops, and shopping malls nearby.

For the price and how great the lcoation and clean the hotel is, I would recommend it to anyone.

横浜港北を満喫
Pros:

センター南駅に近く、飲食店や物販店も多く、それでいて夜は静かな環境で気に入ってます。東京都心も横浜中心部も近くて便利。

とても快適でした。
Pros:

喫煙室に泊まりましたが、タバコの匂いなどは気にならない程度に、よくお手入れされてあり、快適でした。
宿泊代金も都心の立地や部屋の広さから考えると、お安いと思いました。
