Pros:

Everything from check in to check out was excellent. Staff was very helpful and make you feel at home. Breakfast was fantastic. One of the chef, Satish even customised my breakfsst for me without even me requesting for it. They surprise you with a different gift everyday that included nuts and chocalates. It is surely the best hotel i have stayed in Bangkok.

We had a really nice stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok. The staff were very friendly and room was very spacious and clean. We booked the 2 bedroom suite and were very happy with it. The buggy service to Siam Paragon was very convenient for us. There was a spread of different cuisines for breakfast which was amazing. On our last day, it was one of our friend’s birthday and the staff surprised her with a cake during breakfast which was a nice touch! We also went to the spa, Thann Spa and enjoyed it very much. Overall, very happy with our experience here and will be back! Thank you for the great service!

Good hotel to stay
Pros:

Pool, Bar, Gym, room, service, location, staff friendliness, helpfulness, etc. all very good. What is not met my expectation is the Spa massage, the restaurant’s coffee, and the traffic surrounding the hotel is super jam :) overall it is good hotel to stay.

This is a family friendly hotel, with a wonderful swimming pool and excellent food although I would have like an additional dining alternative to the options available. There are however a lot of restaurants and great shopping in the Siam Paragon Mall a short free buggy ride away. The service was outstanding throughout our stay.

I stayed here with my family and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is luxurious and new, with clean, spacious rooms and beautiful views. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Siam Paragon and MBK. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the pool was large and very clean. The service was top-notch, and the staff were respectful and very helpful. It’s a great choice for families.

Overall, The hotel was clean & service was great. Beds were big & comfortable. There is a free golf car ride to Siam paragon only. Not to any other shopping malls. The hotel is abt 2 minutes walk inside a little lane. And there is road works near the hotel along main road, but since the hotel is a bit inside, not noisy. Once i asked a staff to drop me outside as my tour bus was stuck in a jam, she told me they don’t provide that service & said it only takes 2 min walk.
