Super-comfortable, clean, quirky and friendly.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable throughout and thoughtfully curated with some amazing antique furniture. Super comfortable bed. No hassle, really friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

There’s nothing I didn’t like - but did think it was a shame they didn’t do breakfast themselves but plenty of places nearby.

Great mini break in Blackpool
Pros:

Great quiet location yet within easy walking to Tower & Winter Gardens.
Comfortable room, unique decor different to the usual Blackpool b&b
Breakfast wasn’t provided but this didn’t cause a problem as plenty of breakfast options close by.

Pros:

The decor was fabulous with much interesting detail. The room was very clean and more space than usual. Lots of storage and shelves. Thr bathroom was big compared to most Blackpool bathrooms. It was modern and tasteful. The bed was comfy and the room was light and airy. Security was good. It was also a very quiet street at night. Excellent location and very good value.

Cons:

The sink in room 1 had a missing plug which was not enough of an issue to bother about with an overnight stay.

Wonderful stay, cosy and welcoming hotel.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would happily return in the future. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a warm and unique atmosphere that makes it feel very special.

Our room was comfortable, clean and cosy, and the bed provided an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and maintained to a very high standard.

We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. His warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to our stay. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the genuine care and attention shown throughout our visit.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable break.

Super location, extremely close to everything which we needed. Very clean and superb decor. Lovely big comfortable bed, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We would 100% be using this hotel again and be recommending to friends and family.

99% was fantastic, however a little noise coming from rooms above, and could do with an extra bin in the bathroom, but these are just very minor quibbles!

easy , clean , very very comfortable, big room and quiet /local to what we needed
Pros:

quiet , close to required location, lovely friendly staff, easy check in , good location and the most comfortable bed ever! already looking to book same place for next year

Cons:

only issue i had was blind on small window didn’t block out light because it was placed on outside frame instead of inside of window frame.

Cons:

Little bit outdated but very clean, could have maybe had an option for breakfast. The rooms were a lot smaller than the picture shows but still comfortable. The room was cheap so for this it was value for money if you just want somewhere to get your head down.

Great value for money
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The bedroom and the hotel in general are wonderfully decorated.
The bedroom itself too and very comfortable.
Good quality especially for the price.

Cons:

It is an old building, so the floor is sensitive to people walking; and you need to open the bathroom tap in order to have water running in the shower. But that impacts in no way on the comfort and experience of the room.
