Felt safe and comfortable here. It was very quiet in and outside and we got a good nights sleep.
Pros:

The location was good. Only a 5-10 minute walk to all the main attractions. The property was very clean, the staff were super friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

We found parking but it wasn’t outside, it was only a 5 minute walk away. It would have been nice to have an option of breakfast but we got by. We would have liked a couple of hooks in the bathroom but that wasn’t a deal breaker.

Calm and peaceful
Pros:

Whats not to like tbh clean room, comfy bed and so quiet,
Close to the Town centre and beach over the road. 100% stay again and will get my daughter too as well.

Great budget stay in Blackpool
Pros:

Great little hotel in the middle of Blackpool! Was clean and had all the facilities you'd expect. Bathroom was really spacious and had a great shower. The guy who checked us in was really friendly and made it all really easy!

Pros:

It was lovely and clean, housekeeper was very pleasant and also the owner. Its a new hotel for this owner ive stayed in another property of his and wish him well with this new venture ill definitely return.

Cons:

Room a bit small but there is other room size options on booking.com so I know next time I need a larger room. It was my fault booking a smaller room

Lovely hotel, will definitely be back.
Pros:

Our room was clean and very comfortable, with coffee making facilities and Hairdryer. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk to the promenade. Checking in out of hours was easy, with clear instructions sent by message on the day.

Great short stay
Pros:

Big bed in a spacious room, spotless, with a good sized shower. Great location, staff attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. Great value will definitely use again

Recommended hotel
Pros:

The lady who met us and showed us to our room was really nice. She gave all relevant information to ensure we had a problem free stay.
The hotel looks like a real labour of love, there's so much to look at and the room was spot on, everything we needed for a short stay.

Cons:

All good.
