The shower went cold two times, and the shower extractor fan must have been old as that went off as well.
Staff did their best to fix the shower temperature, but shower needed more time to fix due to the fan issue.

Путаница с адресом. При бронировании указан был другой адрес. За пару дней прмслали адрес по которому будем проживать.

1. Плохая уборка перед заселением. Пол был в песке, я находила чужие черные волосы на кухонном столе. ( я блондинка)
2. Плесень в ванной комнате (черная плесень на плитке и в швах между раковиной и стеной)
3. Плесень, запах сырости и плесени в нижних шкафах кухни.
4. Запах сырости и плесени в апартаментах.
5. Плохая вытяжка, каждое утро я просыпалась от запаха сигарет или приготовленной еды из квартиры соседей
6. Запах канализации/застойной воды в сунузле
7. Расположение бойлера почти над унитазом, я регулярно ночью ударялась головой. Это несоответствие норм размещение габаритных предметов и расстояния от них.
8. Сломанный стол на балконе, чтобы его починили мне пришлось доказывать, что сломали его не мы и что за его ремонт я платить не буду.
9. Трижды просила решить вопрос с ТВ, кормили «завтраками», вопрос не решили. А в дни плохой погоды очень актуально было бы его использовать.
10. Шум с дороги до 2-3 ночи. Под окнами проходит дорога с 4х сторонним перекрестком, где отсутствует светофор и водители нон-стоп сигналят, чтобы их пропустили.
11. На фото все очень уютно и красиво, на деле визуал фактически хуже. Да, вся мебель в наличии, но картинка совсем иная.
12. Была обещана бесплатная уборка через 7дней, которую никто не провел.

We had no internet and no hot water in the room. Every time I asked the staff, they gave the same careless answer: “the technician is on the way.” He was supposedly “on the way” for a day and a half, and only showed up after we contacted Booking.com directly. Even then, nothing was truly fixed. We were left without internet, without hot water, and with a terrible smell coming from the water due to a gas leak. The technician casually told us it would take two more days to repair — but our stay was only two nights, which meant we were completely stuck with smelly, unusable water and internet that worked only sometimes. The staff’s careless attitude and lack of responsibility made the entire experience far worse than just an inconvenience — it was frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable.

zero comfort, apartment in a bad condition, shower was broken, water was disappearing while taking shower. Terrible smell in the bathroom.

الاستقبال أثناء تسليمي غرفتي اخذت متوقف عنده تقريبا 30 دقيقة . وكذلك عند الخروج اخذ مفتاح الغرفة وانتظرت عنده 45 دقيقة .

The property, or at least the staff and management, are currently badly suited to welcome guests for short stays. While I understand that many of the units are privately-owned apartments, if this property advertises themselves as a hotel, they should act as such.

On our first night, the overhead shower head fell on us mid-shower. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told that a “technician” would come and fix it. This never happened. Also, when we used our one roll of toilet paper, we asked for another. The staff member at the front desk didn’t understand that we were just staying and didn’t own the apartment. Once this misunderstanding was cleared up, he proceeded to tell us that we were only allowed one roll and they would charge us extras.

Also, the staff seemed to make a point of being unwelcoming. At no point did we feel like any of our issues were being resolved in good faith, nor did we receive even a simple greeting.

All in all, this place seems dedicated to being cheap and inhospitable. Don’t be fooled by the price tag, your money can get you much nicer, more welcoming places to stay in Batumi.
