Worth it for the design of the hotel
Pros:

Very modern design, great location and has the sense of luxury. Stuff always willing to help.

Cons:

Rooms are small and not practical. Toilets do not have door that completely closes it’s a bit weird. Breakfast very very basic compared on what you are paying. Also rooms are dark no natural light.

Great Stay in CDMX
Pros:

This is such a gorgeous hotel! The architecture is very intentional. The soundbar is absolutely amazing and romantic— music is a 10/10.

The rooms are tight, but very comfortable. Not a family hotel. I love the fridge complimentary snacks. Room service was mid tier, but the ice cream was delicious!

Not the best place for montezumas revenge as the bathrooms have no closed doors — Nevertheless, the hotel sent a doctor right away and we were able to get an IV Drip for $400.

The restaurant downstairs great for breakfast — would definitely come back to this hotel.

My favorite was the rooftop pool and bar —- so sexy!

Hotel Volga offers more than just first rate design
Pros:

Hotel Volga is architecturally striking. From the Roof top restaurant to the hidden Speakeasy in the basement, every inch of the intimate boutique hotel has been so well thought out. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The location is great too. Many of the main attractions of Mexico City are within walking distance.
Kudos to the architect, designer and staff for meeting and exceeding our comfortable stay.

Loved
Pros:

Loved my stay at Hotel Volga.
Dante and Yaritza were amazing, and everyone from the restaurants, housekeeping and the porters treated me so well.
The rooms are super comfortable, and the hotel is modern and full of thoughtful details.
The food at the restaurant was amazing and Minos, the speakeasy, is a hidden gem I was not expecting.
I would come back in a heartbeat.

Look No further for an Excellent Stay in Mexico City
Pros:

We arrived in Mexico City for the Dia De Los Muertos festivities. We were originally booked at another hotel, which we were displeased with after the first night. I got on Booking.com and sought out other accommodations. I was worried that we would not find a place to stay due to the events in the city. I found Volga. I am so glad that we did. The hotel is amazing. Breakfast is a fabulous way to start your day. Just one block off the Avenida de La Reforma, So many restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel bar is a great place to wind up a long day. Excellent cocktails.
The staff is very attentive and pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Housekeeping was impeccable.

Cons:

Bed was a bit low on a platform.

Pros:

NA

Cons:

The switcher of tap water is super difficult to switch on or off. It broke twice when I stayed. Not knowing why they design to switch on or off 45 degree angle instead of up and down or right and left.

Delightful accommodations in Mexico City
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at Volga for five nights. The hotel decor and our room were very chic. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. The location was very central for a large city. We recommend this hotel.

Don't stay here
Pros:

I never normally write reviews but this hotel was so bad I feel obliged to warn others against it. We arrived off a flight from the UK, but slept not at all as the bass beat from the club reverberated through our bedroom until the early hours. It wasn’t just noise, but physical vibrations. In the morning, the rude and surly staff were reluctant to provide breakfast and kept making mistakes with our order. When, later, we tried to order room service, the kitchen refused, despite it supposedly being available 24 hours. When we tried to travel to the airport for our onward flight, the front desk had failed entirely to book our car as arranged, so we nearly missed the flight. This is the worst (expensive) hotel I have stayed at in a decade, please don’t think about booking a room.

Great Value and great location !
Pros:

I’ve read a few reviews about noise and service Hopefully , I can give you a better perspective.
The very futuristic architectural designed hotel has a few elements that I look for in a hotel. Great location , good value and clean, comfortable rooms and beds.
There is a vibrant street behind the hotel with a superb variety of restaurants and coffee shops and bars A short walk away is the park , Roma Norte & Condesa neighborhoods. Let me add that it is very safe to walk everywhere.
The staff was friendly and attentive and polite.
Rooms are very modern , interesting but compact. Beds are comfortable and linen and towels are of the best of quality.
Breakfast is decent with fruit juice , coffee, a large fruit plate with yoghurt and eggs. I would have like to have seen a few more choices.
There is great value for the rate that we paid of the hotel.
