The unit need to be updgraded. Cleanliness is failed. The bed mattress is kinda old and room is dusty. Sorry but it is not worth it from what we have paid for. It is very disappointing .

This was the second time I've stayed at the Gramercy very friendly staff from and very secure and close to the Century Mall and many other shopping venues and also the night life my girlfriend loves the filling station restaurant the most will be back there again.

We stayed in this apartment as a hub only;
Pros: (1) The Gramercy building is quiet and safe. (2) The security guards are alert, helpful, protective and polite (3) dining, coffee shops, mall, banks , etc are close by: safe to walk (4) great location
Cons: (1) standard one key / one access card and all other unnecessary rules (2) no extra towel, zero wash clothes, zero paper towel, zero kitchen towel, water down shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap, not enough supply of toilet paper (3) cheap mattress: 1 mattress even sinking (4) apartment not well maintained.
All staff were friendly and very helpful
The room I book was not what I got when I I get there and they refused to change it. I was not the only guest the happen to, my room was more than two hundred dollar less than what I paid for and GOTOPHI host refused to talk to me.
The area is ok close to Century Mall. The communication was poor. I tried to communicate with them a week before my stay and didn’t get much answers. The checking in process was tedious and overbearing. There were cockroaches everywhere. When I transferred to a studio room after my roommate left the ac was leaking and spit out ice hence the terrible flooring by the sliding doors. Spa was great and so was the pool and the other staff but the way it is managed is a bit much. Save yourselves the pain of this and go to a hotel.
Security was very nice and hardworking
Property is old, furnitures are old. Card access is very inconvenient. I got 2 br 4 days stay. Theres couple of my relatives that stayed with me and I had to assist them every time they need to get something downstairs due to the card access limit that i cant even go out and leave my family in the room for 4 days. Plus they dont have room service nor extra towels provided. I had only 4 towels for my whole 4 days stay. Ive never been able to contact my host the whole time. No assistance at all. I checked in at the other building across the street and it was way way better and cheaper.
