4 Star Reviews are bogus lies
Pros:

Parking convenience. Most nights I was able to park in front of my room.

Cons:

As soon as we checked in, there was a cock roach sitting on the toilet paper in the bathroom. Floor was dirty. Lamp shade had insect matter on it. Shower curtain did not have a liner on it, & shower curtain had mildew on it. Towels did not accommodate 2 people. Exhaust fan in the Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a year, like people were smoking in the bathroom. And air conditioning unit did not function properly.

Clean room, bullshit breakfast, good but loud a/c.
Pros:

Room a/c was effective but very loud.
Clean room bed, sheets, and pillows.
The office staff were great to deal with.

Cons:

Breakfast is a total joke, borderline lie.
Hardwood room flooring is not comfortable.
Parking lot midnight... several people loitering.
I slept with my gun under my pillow.

Everyone there treated me as though I were important to them.
Pros:

It was a pleasant experience. The staff and the owner were exceptionally friendly, courteous and went above expectations to take care of my needs. I am moving to the area and will need to stay somewhere while I prepare the home I’m buying and this is the place I plan on staying.
