Arrived in HaNoi on a weekend - the hustle bustle in the old town was mind boggling and the street in front of the hotel was impassable but the hotel staff met our taxi at the corner and carried our bags to the hotel. Staff went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable. Loved the ambience of the restaurant and the food was beautifully presented.

I loved this trip, and staying at La Mejor made it even more special. It was my first solo adventure, and I’m so glad I chose this place. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed to visit, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, especially with the beautiful morning views.
What truly stood out was the staff, so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. They even prepared food for me before I checked out, knowing I had an early flight and would miss breakfast. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for.
If I ever come back to Vietnam, I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. This place truly felt like home. 💛

Location is excellent and nearby area is beautiful. Night life is good with street food and eateries nearby( in fact in the street of the hotel).
Every time you arrive or leave the hotel you are harassed by guys trying to get you into their bar restaurant.
Anh at reception and Ngoc in restaurant at breakfast are good.

This was our favorite stop we stayed at in Hanoi and northern Vietnam. Everyone we interacted with showed such great hospitality and was very welcoming.
The breakfast is a great option if you want something low-key before going out and about into the hustle of the city. The rooftop bar is an awesome place for a night-cap!
We loved our stay here! Transport and tours were organized for us, and they have a great restaurant, as well as rooftop bar with beautiful views. It’s a little noisy on the weekends, because it’s located on the street with lots of bars, but nothing that earplugs can’t fix. The staff was very helpful and friendly!
Stayed here for its close proximity to Beer Street, and it didn't disappoint. It's just around the corner.

Had a nice stay this hotel, although we didn't realise the hotel is right in the thick of the chaos of beer street but we embraced it towards the end. The hotel even have us a room upgrade in the last night which was nice.
It's right around the corner to Beer Street, which is the place to be on Friday & Saturday, and which is the reason I booked the hotel. Excellent location, very modern, clean, and has all the features I was looking for. Will stay here again if I return to Old Quarter.

Nice hotel in the centre of a really busy area. You can’t always get a taxi to the door as they shut the street due to all the tables and chairs blocking the traffic. It’s only a short walk.
