Perfect 👌
Pros:

The only issue was the bed mattress actually had a body sized dip on one side (obviously the mattress hasn't been turned at all). Other than that it was quiet, clean, updated decor and was amazing considering the cost of the room. Great old pub, decorated accordingly using original stairs, tiles etc. Security was great and attentive helpful staff.

It’s a good local suburban pub with good staff and facilities

Great value for money, lovely stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, great room with ensuite, quiet location, good amenities in room - TV, aircon, iron, safe, fridge etc. Bedside power points with both USB-A & USB-C was a nice touch. Better than most pub rooms. There was also a service lift from the secure carpark, which would be really useful if you had heavy bags, and a lift to the accommodation area, which was accessed by swipe key.

Cons:

The bed was a bit soft. Four pillows was nice but it would be nice if some were also hard.

Relaxing and welcoming. Would recommend and stay again.
Pros:

Very clean and tidy, centre of Penshurst so really close to the station, it’s a great location for getting around into the centre of Sydney.
The staff were super helpful and friendly, there was evening music or quizzes, entertainment and it felt lively. The food was pub food but it was a very reasonable price and decent quality.

The bed was soft and comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic. Really was a wonderful stay!

Cons:

A couple of nights we woke up to a delivery or loud sounds from the street however that’s not the hotels fault.
Bed a little too soft for my back.

Pyszna kuchnia, fatalne pokoje
Pros:

Hotel swiezo po remoncie. Pyszne steki w restauracji hotelowej.

Cons:

W pokojach jest awaria klimatyzacji, co sprawia, ze w nocy rytmicznie co 40 sekund (!) pojawia się huczący dźwięk, który uniemożliwia zaśnięcie. Wieczorem zgłosiliśmy to recepcji, która poinformowała nas, ze nie moze zmienic nam pokoju i proponuje nam wypicie piwa na dobry sen, co uznaliśmy za kuriozalne.

Zaproponowano nam zwrot środków za nieprzespaną noc, czego w ogóle nie wykonano po naszym wyjeździe.

Ostatecznie, na kolejną noc zmieniono nam pokój na sąsiedni, w którym był identyczny problem z klimatyzacją.

Nie wyspaliśmy się w ogóle.
