Pros:

Located walking distance to monkey forest. Staff where helpful. Our pool villa was large and clean with good air-conditioning.

Cons:

Restaurant is small for size of resort, we where turned away for our inclusive buffet breakfast as there wasn't a table available and told to come back in an hour which didn't suite as we had a tour booked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Dewa, who kindly helped us with luggage and provided great local advice.
The hotel was clean and conveniently located, just a short walk from Ubud Monkey Forest.

However, we were not satisfied with the bathroom drainage – the water didn’t drain properly, causing flooding and an unpleasant smell after every shower, which made us uncomfortable.
Hopefully, the hotel can fix this issue soon.

✨ My rating: 8.5/10 – Great staff and service, but the bathroom needs improvement

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the private pool. Proximity to so many fabulous restaurants was amazing.

Cons:

Villa was spotlessly clean, however some stains on the white sofa were initially a little disconcerting. It was clean but stains had obviously been tough to remove. A throw would have helped. Not enough coat hangers, 2 only, lovely staff found another 3 but we're unable to provide more

Great place to stay to relax and visit Ubud
Pros:

The pool was nice and clean, the room was very big, no issues with facilities or with the room.

Cons:

The breakfast food was ok but would have used more fresh options - it only had 2 fresh fruit options, cucumber tomato and lettuce.

We hadden een villa
Die was geweldig

Cons:

Het bed die was kneiterhard als je weleens op een plank hebt geslapen weet je het een beton blok lag nog zachter
En het ontbijt was zeer slecht
Je kon alleen toast maken en croissants van de vorige dag die waren zo taai niet door te komen
Verder geen brood te bekennen
Alleen een paar warme gerechtjes
En een aap heeft mijn pringles gejat toen die van me tas afviel
