Kardia Resort Gili A Pramana Experience

De locatie was uitstekend!
Het is een beetje buiten het drukke gebied van Gili Trawangang wat ik persoonlijk heel erg fijn vond.
Het personeel was super vriendelijk en al onze wensen werden vervuld.
De kamers worden elke dag goed verzorgd en alles is heel erg schoon.
Het eten en de drankjes die ze aanboden waren ook allemaal super.

One of the best resorts we’ve ever been!

Service is outstanding! All the staff members make you feel welcome & at home. They talk to you by your name & are really taking care all is going smoothly.

The location of the resort is very good, as it is on the sunset side of the island. You can enjoy the amazing sunsets from the swimming pool with a cocktail (which is very affordable: all day 1+1 on wide selection for 150k) AND it far away from the mosk (which starts at 4 am & is VERY loud & frequent around the harbour area…)

The rooms are extraordinary! We had a swim-up room & an outdoor bathroom, which is just a real holiday feeling showering outside 😍!
All is very clean! The towels are very soft AND white (which is rare in Indonesie 😋).
Lot’s of free water & fridge in the room = +++

The breakfast was the best we had while traveling in Indonesië! The à la carte options are broad & I have to say the scrambled eggs were the best ever!!!

We also enjoyed the Mexican BBQ with fire show, including Marguerita, gamba’s/ nacho’s/… and even nice desserts! Really worth it!

This was the second Pramana experience resort & I have to say both hotels were outstanding in service & food quality!
We’ve passed by many hotels & resorts on the island, but Kardia always seemed to be the nicest! So do not hesitate to spoil yourself & enjoy how it feels to be served like kings & queens! ❤️

J’ai vraiment tout aimer la chambre l’emplacement le plus beau sunset de l’île et un endroit magnifique et romantique pour les couple même si je suis partie seule.
Ils m’ont chouchoute, surclassé, tout les jours à 18h ils mènent des cookies fait maison super bon et à 18h30 ils viennent mettre le spray pour les moustiques et faire en sorte que tout soit bien pour qu’on passe une bonne nuit !
Il y a aussi les réceptionniste qui via whastsapp se rendent disponible à tout moment pour tout et n’importe quoi, en plus ils font l’effort d’écrire en français gros plus pour moi ! Je suis passer par eux pour pratiquement tout, le scooter, la calèche les repas etc.. 10/10

The staff were amazing. They were so welcoming and attentive. Dea, Hadi, Jo, Forzi, and Osman deserve special recognition. The location was perfect away from the bars. Super clean and great facilities. The pool area was incredibly relaxing. Stunning sunsets and evening entertainment.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Uns wurde ein Upgrade des Zimmers angeboten, das wir sehr gerne angenommen haben. VIELEN DANK DAFÜR. Das Resort bietet leckere Speisen von der Karte an. Es ist aber kein muss, in der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten auch etwas zu bekommen. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Personnel : honnêtement au top… toujours souriants, super gentils, respectueux, vraiment aux petits soins du début à la fin. On se sent hyper bien accueillis!!

Hôtel : trop agréable, tout est bien fait, on se sent direct à l’aise. Les chambres, la piscine, l’ambiance générale… rien à dire. Gros plus aussi : les chambres sont nettoyées 2 fois par jour et ils remettent de l’eau filtrée à chaque passage, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.

Massage : franchement faites-le. Oui c’est un peu plus cher qu’ailleurs mais ça n’a rien à voir niveau qualité, ça vaut vraiment le coup.

Nourriture : très bonne surprise, tout était vraiment qualitatif.

Franchement, ça vaut largement un service 4 voire 5 étoiles.

First I will tell you about the room itself: we settled in a house where there are two rooms on the first floor, and on the second floor there are also two rooms. For us it was important to have a sea view, so I contacted the hotel in advance and clarified which house we would be staying in. This hotel has access to the beach houses, in one of which we lived, and there are also rooms further back by the pool, access to which is from each house.

Our room was very clean, beautiful, with a great design and details that gave a sense of care and thoughtfulness from the hotel. I love the eco approach and I really appreciated that there were glass bottles of drinking water and no plastic packaging. Our room had a view of the sea, which was visible in the distance, but if you live closer, there might be some noise from the road, as I imagine. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned twice a day.

The toilets and showers have partially open ceilings, where you can see the sky. I think this is a plus, but I've read some reviews saying that you can hear your neighbors, but it wasn't a big problem for me. In general, there's a little bit of noise between the rooms on the same balcony because of the locked door. But we had nice, quiet neighbors.

The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide selection and delicious food. It was a pleasure to have breakfast overlooking the sea. Overall, the staff was very friendly, accommodating, and provided a warm and welcoming environment.

It is very convenient that you can use the services about laundry through the reception.

The on-site swimming pool is clean and pleasant, and food and drinks can be ordered by the pool.

About transport: on the island, such transport as horse-drawn carriages is common, but I think it's cruel to use them for this purpose. Therefore, I believe that the best option is to use bicycles or electric scooters.
