Beautiful hotel on sunset side
Pros:

Lovely location on the “quiet” slide of Gili T, stunning sunset views from pool and restaurant. Beautiful rooms into a secluded pool, gorgeous outside bathroom. Bikes can be rented just outside of hotel for a good price, and many places to eat nearby. While our aircon and shower didn’t work a little, staff was super responsive to fix it all quickly.

Pros:

Excelente desde la llegada. El personal es fantástico, siempre con una sonrisa. Almorzamos siempre en el Hotel porque tienen una carta extensa y se come muy bien. El desayuno muy completo ; en nuestro caso podíamos elegir un café + un zumo natural de diferentes sabores + un desayuno a la carta ( dulce o tipo internacional) + un bowl de macedonia de frutas con yogurt.
Tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación y rápidamente la chica de Staff que se llama Dea nos dio una solución y una atención brillante.

Ótimo hotel
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom e os quartos que dão de frente para a piscina são muito confortáveis. O café da manhã é no estilo da Indonésia (você tem que escolher 1 prato quente e um bowl no cardápio), mas o cardápio possui muitas opções. A equipe é muito solícita e muito simpática e o show de fogo é incrível.

Cons:

É um pouco afastado do Centro de Gili Trawangan, mas nada que atrapalha a experiência, principalmente se você souber andar de bicicleta.

Amazing experience guaranteed!!!
Pros:

We loved everything. The staff were so kind and helpful, they really went above and beyond for us. From renting bikes to getting transport and advice. The room had straight access to the pool which was amazing. We couldn’t say a bad thing about the place and they made a special effort for us as it was our honeymoon

Pros:

The food was exceptional, and the room was even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Room service was excellent, with housekeeping cleaning the room twice a day. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I had a wonderful stay.

Widok z pokoju, ładny pokój i łazienka na zewnątrz, dbałość o czystość, dopieszczanie gości, np. ciasteczka każdego dnia znajdowane w pokoju. Przemiły personel. Wieczory tematyczne z muzyką i pokazami ognia. Darmowe warsztaty kulinarne. Robiłam lokalne słodkości – świetne doświadczenie. Hotel jest w takim miejscu na wyspie, że można z restauracji lub tarasu podziwiać zachody, co tutaj jest przepięknym spektaklem. Jedzenie w restauracji bardzo smaczne. Jedyne drinki alkoholowe były chyba bez alkoholu, ale to na Gili T standard. Byliśmy w tym hotelu 7 nocy i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.
