Muy malo llegamos a la reservación no nos dieron servicio nos indicaron que aun que se llegamos a la estadía nos sacaron del hotel que llamáramos atención al cliente que no habían habitaciones que nos fuéramos nos atendió el guardia nadie de atención al cliente consideramos es fraude

Overpriced, food is hit or miss.
Pros:

Only good thing were the attendants, except for the general manager who was quite rude. The rooms below were humid so we had to pay an extra to get a room above. Bathrooms weren't in a very good condition, much less for the price. Food was OK first night, second night got a burger and got food poisoning.

Todo muy bien, excelente servicio, pero lo que no me gusto las albercas que estan divinas estan heladas un congelador no tienen forma de calentarlas , auque ellos digan qie tienen paneles solares , pues yo creo que no sirwven
