Pros:

The place is old and the rooms are not maintained. The door is very difficult to open with the key. There is a small gap/hole on the front door so make sure you cover it with something so you are not seen from the outside. The toilet doesn’t flush so you have to use bucket to flush it. They don’t provide shampoo or soap so bring some if you stay here. The AC is not fully functional as it took all night and it is even cool yet. And the highlight - there is not one, not two but THREE big cockroaches that we saw during our stay. I have to get rid of it myself as it was late when we saw it. So if you like creepy crawlies then stay here.

The only positive side is that this place is just beside the whale shark registration/check in so you can go to the place without traveling.

Definitely not staying there again.
