Pros:

Чудове розташування.
Зручні (за рідким виключенням) номери.
Дуже включений та гостинний персонал.
Досить зручне лобі, щоб працювати в очікуванні свого потяга, зонування дозволяє усамітнитись і зосередитись, вцілому, навіть можливо проводити дзвінки.

Найвищу оцінку ставлю саме за роботу персоналу — доклали зусилля і дійсно виправили всі нюанси, які виникли в процесі проживання. Моє враження в результаті краще, ніж «просто гарний готель». Бо готель вцілому роблять люди, які роблять сервіс. Тут склалось враження, що персонал ДІЙСНО ЛЮБИТЬ СВОЇХ ГОСТЕЙ.

Cons:

Окремі номери не дуже продумані по ергономіці. Система кондиціонування досить сильно сушить повітря. Але готель має на цей випадок зволожувач. Стандартні номери не передбачають халати.
