Meem Townhouse

1.首先这是一间价格并不低的民宿，我们定的大床房，但结果令人感到意外，房间就位于一楼大堂，同时在餐厅旁边，无论是深夜还是清晨，都有很大的噪音，其他客人仿佛就从你的耳边经过。
2.由于房间在一楼，紧紧挨着马路，无论是汽车还是摩托车经过，都如同地震一般，把我吵醒，让我的精神变得很差。
3.房间内空间设置很不合理，卧室面积很小，装修简陋，页面显示的图片滤镜太重，和实际情况不符。
4.民宿的服务很不真诚。我们入住时出现了一些问题，没有任何人来到现场帮助我们。最后，在网站上，也没给我们任何回应。同时，停车也很困难。

- Not family friendly, charged €70 per night charged for additional person without extra bed provisioned
- Bathroom shower heads across our two rooms were not well maintained, images attached
- Extremely poor soundproofing in the rooms
- Overpriced for the experience
- Unexplained charges post checkout without prior notification (on top of the £70 per night)

Me gustó todo

W naszym pokoju był nieznośny zapach z odpływu kanalizacji. Zakładam, że poza sezonem podczas nieobecności gości odpływ się odpowietrzył i bardzo mocno "pachniało" z rur a mówiąc dosłownie - śmierdziało. To bardzo rozczarowujące przy takich cenach. Poza tym dzoniłem raz do obiektu i pisałem w sprawie parkingu - nikt nie odpisał ani nie oddzownił. Do miasteczka aco za tym idzie pod hotel nie można podjechać samochodem jeśli się nie jest mieszkańcem. Zabrakło informacji i komunikacji. Ostatnią rzeczą jest oświetlenie w pkoju, brak możliwości natsrojowego podświetlenia przestrzeni, wszytskie światła na raz albo nic. To nie są oczywiście jakieś wielkie dramaty, ale są to rzeczy które subiektywnie w mojej ocenie mi przeszkadzały.

The plumbing wasn’t good. The water pressure was poor, so that when water was used elsewhere in the place, including the sink in the room, the lavatory wouldn’t flush. We changed rooms, but it wasn’t much better. Needs work.

The decoration was minimalist but felt unfinished. Needed more rugs in the rooms on the poured concrete floors, bath robes and better tea and coffee making facilities and more food including milk to be available after the staff had left.

The car parking bays were hard to find and very difficult to park in - very small, obstructed and impossible to use without someone to guide you in between metal posts.

It didn’t really work to have diy services. The owners needed to be more available on site.

The staff making breakfast overcooked all eggs.

No hay personal. Solo en las horas del desayuno, por lo que si necesitas algo tienes que contactar por teléfono, eche en falta poder tener a alguien para poder pedir que nos guardara las maletas, pedirles información de Sóller, recomendaciones o incluso si necesitaba algo para la habitación.
