Pros:

I put terrible because this place is non-existence. I booked thru Expedia for my nephew to stay in Puerto Prinsesa from May 5-7. When he called to let them know that he is arriving late. A certain staff said unfortunately they cant accommodate and honor the online booking since OYO 900 Tahanan Ni Kuya Juan doesnt pay their management service to them. He instead recommended to stay him in Natuas cabin.
He arrived in Puerto Prinsesa at 1110pm and been knocking the door for more than 30 mins in Natuas cabin but nobody opened the door. My poor nephew has to find accommodation at 2am.
This OYO 900 is a hoax and should not be allowed to advertise in any booking website. Dishonest people and fraudulent.

Pros:

Position wrong with walk to's way off
Location shown as central to the city and is actually 20 mins DRIVE into the bush
No food available nearly....was shown as 4 mins from Robinsons Shopping Centre and across the road from many Takeaway stores such as Jolly Be.
The water is undrinkable yet no water could be purchased nearby
Handout of Rules in Room states all meals available at a cafe across the road...closed every day we were there till 5.30
They are aware that the location is shown wrong on sites such as yours
Because the Location map showed property at intersection of Puerto Princessa Road North and Puerto Princessa Road South our transport driver from the airport took over 1.5 hours to find the place with the help of the local police...this cost us 600 pesos double the original quote
The property was located in rural area and the burning at nights filled our room and we are now very I'll from the effects of this
