This hotel is very expensive and should be changed to 2 stars.

Location close to main train station and halal restaurant

Cons:

Very bad breakfast, scrambled eggs are very hard and dry difficult to eat. The Vegetables are not fresh. Finished items are not replaced. Very limited breakfast. I complained to the hotel manager but no improvement next day.

I don’t think it was priced right. It was a little expensive for what was offered. For example, the 20 euro breakfast was not worth the money

Employés extrêmement aimables et attentionnés, en particulier René, Nuria, Arantxa et Nelson.

Situation idéale à côté de la gare de Sants et métro avec le quartier très agréable, authentique et vivant de l‘Eixample avec de multiples bars et restaurants avec terrasses où se trouvent des gens du quartier.

Personál byl velmi milý a vstřícný zejména pan Nelson. Snídaně byly chutné, byli jsme zde na silvestra, měli jsme speciální večeři s gurmánským zážitkem a velmi milou obsluhou. Menší hotel s rodinou atmosférou. Rádi se do hotelu vrátíme.

Cons:

Objednali jsme si pobyt s polopenzí. Každý den jsme dostali na výběr ze stejných čtyřech jídel. Po dvou dnech už děti ani nechtěli večeři. Po domluvě s hotelem nám nakonec vyšli vstříc, že jsme si v uvedené cenoví relaci mohli vybrat jídlo ze standartního jídelního lístku. Docela mě překvapila i záloha 500 euro, přestože byl pobyt celý uhrazený.
