In general, the accommodations were okay. I deliberately reserved a room with a king bed to ensure adequate leg room. However, it was a tight fit with little remaining space in the room. For example, only a small single chair was available, so only one of us - my wife or me - had a place to sit if we chose not to use the bed. This is a problem when you have been out visiting various sites and sitting here and there.

Space was simply inadequate!

Lovely location staff was very attentive and helpful food and drinks were too notch.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Our room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay overall.

The only issue we encountered was a strange vibrating noise throughout the night—possibly from the air conditioning. It wasn't especially loud, but it was noticeable enough to be distracting. Friends staying in other rooms mentioned hearing the same noise as well.

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee, breads, meats, and cheeses were all good, but the hot food selection was below average and didn't match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, especially if the noise issue and breakfast could be improved.

It was strategy location for metro and train

I almost always have a good experience with Hilton, but this one was truly special. Yes, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere lovely as I've grown used to with Hilton, especially the Tapestry hotels. But the entire front desk and restaurant team were truly exceptional. The service and guidance were lovely; and the quality of the amenities, especially the roof deck and breakfast, were delightful surprises. The location is not in a touristy area, but rather in a cool neighborhood that is easily and quickly accessible to all the things. Very glad I paid extra for a room with balcony as a little present to myself. I will return here absolutely, and will recommend to friends. ¡Gràcies Via Sants Barcelona!

Lovely hotel, room very comfortable and well appointed, shower is a dream , hair drier and straightener ! Which is a very nice detail.
A very small /boutique, nice terrace and very good location! The most amazing thing is the people, very helpful, polite and knowledgeable, Jessica from front desk , the ladies from the bar, Henry with the luggage, Lucia.. literally everyone working there were helpful, smiling etc. The ladies who did the room left it spotless .

Absolutely horrible location. It is in an unsafe area and far from everything. You may be paying a cheaper rate but it’s not worth it when everything is 30+ minutes away. The breakfast is horrible as well, really disappointed in our stay when while in Madrid it was a homemade breakfast and right in the center of everything.

The staff was professional super friendly and very helpful. They made us feel very welcome at the hotel as they served us delicious coffee, breakfast staff was kind and helpful and made sure we got what we wanted. The reception made the day great as they were very helpful and friendly storing our luggage and serving us snack and checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. Wonderful place, good location near shopping mall, train station. Thank you for a present stay.

The hotel was 10 stars, the front desk are awesome (Juan) comfortable bed, very clean room, bathroom. And you have the very attentive bellmen, a very good selection of dinner menu, very good selection of breakfast. Overall, the service was spectacular and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Staff is incredible including bellman, Rene, who is the best I've ever encountered. Nicely done!

Anna at the front desk was most helpful in providing info for metro and getting us tickets for BusTuristic and showing us where to get on the ride and Rene was also helpful in handling our heavy luggage and getting a taxi to the airport. Location of hotel is in a quiet area with easy access to metro.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location near Sants station. Everything else was deeply disappointing.
The room was not clean upon arrival — dusty surfaces everywhere and dirty towels.
The WiFi was advertised but practically unusable from our room. Multiple calls were needed before it was finally fixed on day three.
Noise was a constant issue. The metro runs right next to the hotel and the sound comes straight into the room at night. Early in the mornings, housekeeping staff were loudly talking in the corridors, waking us up.
Breakfast was underwhelming — limited selection and when items ran out, the wait for replenishment was unreasonably long.
The staff were unhelpful and at times rude. We did not feel welcomed as guests.
I have stayed at many Hilton properties and this was by far the worst experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.
