i dont recommend honestly purely because of the owner that doesnt care about their customers and the recent reviews abou

sort of comfy beds, bathrooms were clean and it felt secure. location is close to station and not far from city centre

Cons:

showers cause actual floods in the bathroom its pretty nasty. also customer service is rubbish, its managed by one guy who doesn’t check booking.com messages, and doesn’t reply to messages on whatsapp unless you call him (he doesn’t answer the call but replies to your message a couple minutes later). also the reviews about bed bugs really put us off from this place, wish we took a better look at reviews before booking

Pros:

Very clean and great bathroom facilities. Close to the train station. Good sized lockers for personal items.

Cons:

The opening mechanism of the capsules was very loud so earplugs are a must for the night. I wished that there were two blankets instead of one double sized. There was no place to dry your clothes after heavy rain which was a little problematic. I wished that there were some common areas to hang around outside the capsule.

Pros:

We like it because it is very clean. Good hot shower and enough toilet and showers. Comfy bed.

Cons:

When you move abit while u in bed, people next to you can feel it too. No kitchen stuffs at all. At least kattle or microwave will be really useful.

Pros:

The housekeeper was very nice and offered us another capsule that was pest-free.

Cons:

Our capsule was infested with bed bugs and air conditioning didn't cool our capsule at all.
