Solid place for the money. Bus stops a block away. 3 U/S stops 3 blocks away. Tons of eating options. Area near the church just north is best. Would stay in Numa in East Berlin if going back. That is a cooler area. Numa use of AI in customer service is highly annoying.

Had a room with a small kitchenette which in effect was a fridge, one ring hob and a huge number of pots and pans plus kettle, coffee machine! It was behind a set of doors so very compact.
All communication is on their App or WhatsApp. It shares an entrance with the cafe so if you arrive when they're open you just walk through to the lift, otherwise you have to use the keypad outside (in the lift, outside your room, etc). This is all advised when you book, but does result in short delays if you need to speak to someone. Bag storage, an amenities room for irons, laundry, yoga mats(?!) and fans/heaters are all available in the basement. I chose this place because I wanted aircon but it wasn't great, so I left the window open as it was cold when I was in Berlin and used a fan. If you have front facing rooms it can be a little noisy from the street. The toilet is separate from the bathroom/washbasin and both lights come on automatically when you open the doors so anyone sleeping may get disturbed if the other gets up. My room had a lovely window seat out onto the street. I didn't eat in the cafe because of timings, but menu looked nice and they were helpful about what was offered for breakfast. Their cakes looked lovely! If you prefer a personal service and concierge, this isn't for you.

This was a wonderful apartment. Spotlessly clean and with the most comfortable bed I have ever found in a hotel/apartment.

I booked a slightly larger room (medium size) which had a wonderful little window balcony.

They have thought out the layout very cleverly of the apartment. Easy to stock up on any items (coffee pods, milk or towels) from the basement store. And the lockers for luggage are such a great idea.

I visit Berlin about once a year and will definitely book here again

Bem tranquilo, a cama muito confortável, quarto bem espaçoso, uns 7 minutos andando para estação mais próximo, mas consegue ir para o centro rapidamente.

Close to city centre, clean and modern apartment. Only comment would be a few more English speaking channels in the tv

Et Hotel uden reception, du får tilsendt en kode du kommer ind på til Hotellet samt til elevator. Vi havde uheldige oplevelse at den en kode til det ene værelse lige pludselig ikke virkekede. Vi kontaktede telefonisk hoteladministrationen efter midnat hvor vi var kommet hjem til Hotellet. Administrationen forsøgte at løse problemet online, men det ikke. Der kom en elektriker ud for at ordne problemet. Det viste sig at det var et batteri til dørlåsen som var fladt. Egentlig havde manden iflg ham selv IKKE noget at gør med at udskifte batteri, men for at gøre det, forlangte han ekstra betaling for tjenesten, hvilket vi ikke ville. Efter et længere skænderi på hotelgangen, gav manden sig og skiftede batteriet.

Fresh and spacious. Good price in a neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and stores.

Great location for us. Comfortable overall, but no real common area/lobby to wait to meet friends, etc. Weirdly, entrance is through an Einstein Coffee shop and they will be quick to ask you to leave if they don’t think you are a customer—happened to us after about two minutes, and we were practically the only people there.

Wir bewerten den Aufenthalt mit 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Tage gebucht. Das Zimmer konnte sogar vor 15Uhr bezogen werden! Der Zugang zu den Appartements ist total unkompliziert mit PIN möglich. Vor Ort gibt es keinen Ansprechpartner, was für uns allerdings nicht schlimm war! Der PIN kam am Anreisetag per Mail und per WhatsApp.
Im Eingangsbereich gibt es ein Café Einstein ☕️.
Das Zimmer war schlicht und modern eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit 🧼 der Zimmer! Für mich mit Abstand das wichtigste!
Es gibt ein Wasserkocher mit Tee 🍵 und eine Nespresso Maschine mit Kapseln.
Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nach Bedarf einstellen, oder ganz ausschalten! Die Fenster kann man kippen.
Was die Lage angeht liegt das Hotel wirklich super! Zu Fuß kann man binnen weniger Minuten die S-Bahn und U-Bahn erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Straße auf- und abwärts ist ein wahres Paradies der Völlerei 😇 an jeder Ecke kann man prima essen und die Auswahl ist riesig 🥰
Im Untergeschoss-1 gibt es noch ein Raum mit Handtüchern, Kaffeekapseln, Tee, etc… Falls einem was ausgeht kann man sich dort bedienen 🙂🙃
Für uns war der Aufenthalt rundum perfekt!! Wir können dieses Appartement mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!!! Gerne checken wir auch wieder selber ein 😊

Det var helt perfekt. Gode store værelser. God beliggenhed og selvom det drillede lidt med digital check in var der hjælp at hente lige med det samme.

チェックイン方法が分からず電話した際にとても丁寧親切に対応していただきました。部屋は必要十分という感じで、快適な部屋でした。
