The shower/bathtub is really nice. Lots of options and great pressure. I was also really grateful for the clothes sanitizer/steamer in the room.
The bed felt like a hard air mattress, and you have to put your key in a little slot by the door in order for there to be power in the room. So when you leave for the day you are guaranteed to come back to a room that is blistering since the AC cannot run while you're away.

This was not a 5 star hot as it is promoted.
There was no reception (only one guy behind a drive in style desk).
No any facilities as included in 5 star hotels.
No buffet breakfast as included in 5 star hotels.
5 star hotels, especially in booking platform (supposed to be verified), need to be 5 star hotels indeed.
The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was big, window had a mosquito net and the beds were comfy. We loved the wide 4k ultra HD tv with Netflix available. Hairdryer, skincare samples, dental kits, hairbrushes etc were provided as service.
The ensuite bathroom wasn't really clean, there was some mold and hair. The bathtub had some yellow stains and the door to the bathroom didn't close properly. The sockets on one side of the bed didn't work. For me personally, the quality/price ratio wasn't that good.
홀수층에 흡연구역 있음에도 불구하고 배정받은 2층 객실에서 담배냄새가 많이 났습니다. 숙박하시는 분들 있는 시설 잘 이용하셨으면 좋겠어요.
