洗面台は前の人たちの歯磨き粉の飛んだ後がたくさんありました。
床はほこりが、溜まっていて

Location was very good especially if you are flying into Kansai airport .. there is a direct train from airport to Namba Nangkai stn which is about 400m walk . There is also free Starbucks coffee machine at certain hours
The pillows - they give u two one soft and another firmer pillow - Japanese style . Would hv prefered a regular pillow but I got used to it after awhile

The carpet has a lot of stains everywhere, including in the room and corridor. Bathroom also not clean. Washing machine also out of service for a while one day after checking in.
Hotel location was very near to the Namba station. There is a tourist information center in the Namba station in case you have any problem getting around. Very near to konbinis and the malls. Oh, just 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to Dotonbori! The bathroom was big! I was shocked since I have been to the same chain in Asakusa and it was much smaller compared to this one. It was a pleasant experience having a bigger bathroom and a larger tub! With all Keihan hotels, you do not need to bring any amenities with you. Just the necessary is required. The rest is provided by the hotel! This hotel chain is one of the best I have stayed so far. They even have free drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks, etc) that you can take from the machines at the lobby. nice seating area for you to lounge whilst waiting for you to coordinate your travel plan or route for the day. Overall, I would definitely stay here again in the near future!
None! It was almost perfect!
The room is thoughtfully decorated. So there is enough space to even sit and work etc.. the bathroom was huge with a separate room with bathtub and shower.. and it came with refa shower and hairdryer which was fabulous!! So glad we chose this hotel.. conveniently located very close to the Namba station.. oh and the Amenities were fabulous at the reception.. even had an excellent cleansing oil.. 10/10

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast and the Starbucks coffee that was available at the lobby for guests free of charge :) The rooms were big enough for 2 persons and maybe even for a third person. the hot water was great especially when it was cold outside! The location was away from the busy tourists shopping spots but still walkable so that was good. Many eateries around especially in the shopping malls around the hotel. There are also small food stalls serving good food. It was our first time to Osaka and this hotel was a great choice :)
