Pros:

Great location. Near both the Keihan line from the airport and the subway system. Great place to stay when first stepping off the plane. In Namba Gardens which is both quiet and pretty but also good for shopping. Nice free drinks like coffee and chocolates both hot and iced, and softdrinks in the afternoon and early evening. They put our rooms together as requested. Cute and comfy robes. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options.

Great location and a comfortable stay, with the complimentary coffee machine being a lovely bonus.
Pros:

Great location, with Dotonbori, Kuromon Market and Namba Shrine all within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and the property was convenient for exploring Osaka. I also loved having the complimentary Starbucks coffee machine available to use each day — such a nice touch!

Cons:

The breakfast was quite disappointing. The food was often cold, so I was glad we had only selected breakfast for two days.

Boa escolha em Osaka
Pros:

É uma boa opção em Osaka, principalmente pela localização. Fica próximo da estação de Namba e de diversos restaurantes, lojas e centros comerciais, facilitando bastante os deslocamentos pela cidade. A rua dá praticamente direto no Namba Parks, com fácil acesso a lojas, restaurantes e serviços.

O café da manhã foge um pouco do padrão tradicional, pois é servido em um restaurante italiano e inclui inclusive opções de massas pela manhã.

Os quartos são confortáveis, modernos, bem equipados e limpos. Outro ponto positivo são as comodidades oferecidas, como lavanderia, academia, vending machines, máquina de gelo e área de amenities.

No geral, é uma hospedagem confortável, prática e com boa localização.

Cons:

A única observação é que a entrada do hotel é um pouco escondida e pode não ser tão fácil de identificar na primeira chegada, especialmente para quem está com malas. O google maps também não nos ajudou muito a achar a entrada.
