Nice location but the room was too noisy

The Location was good

Cons:

The room was really noisy. I could hear the cleaning staff talking to each other when they started their morningshift

Great location, close to namba station along with namba parks mall, skyo, carnival and city mall.

We can enjoy Starbuck's coffee and hot cocoa via machine at the lobby with no charge. My family enjoys our family room at this hotel. Complete facility, clean and huge . Good job

Staff was kind, the three beds room was clean and good to stay for two adults and one child since three beds were put together. For breakfast, my mom and I enjoyed a salad bar, fish, and fried rice and my six years old boy liked a rice, seaweed, and mini donut. And a free beverage/coffee bar was always waiting for us after breakfast.
