Good hotel
I don’t, thus is stupid
I absolutely loved the location, which is extremely near the train station and makes it very easy to go anywhere. The staff were also incredibly helpful. On top of that, having free Starbucks drinks during the stay was a fantastic and much-appreciated perk!
However, I was very disappointed with the hygiene of the toilet. Specifically, the bidet nozzle (the spray used after using the toilet) had visible stains and residue on it, which felt very unhygienic. Given that this is a hotel in Japan, I expected a much higher and stricter standard of cleanliness. It definitely needs deep and regular cleaning.
Additionally, the trash can in the toilet was way too small and impractical for daily use.

Beds were comfortable. Loved the free coffee and lounge area at reception. Location to shop and restaurants perfect. We could stream onto TV with our devices. Quiet location and occasionally heard trains passing but no interruption to sleep. Curtains blocked the 4:30am sunrise well.
Rooms were a little tight for room with 3 people. Distance from airport limousine bus was far to walk with luggage.
The room (mostly the bathroom) was huge! This was the biggest room we had in Japan which was nice. We were both able to lay out our suitcases. The bathroom had a shower, tub, and a toilet/ counter area. Starbucks coffee was a nice add on.
It was about a 12 minute walk to the nearest transit. After a long 20k mile day that was a bit of a burden sometimes, but all in all not too far!

Close to Namba station, spacious and comfortable bathroom with separate shower/bathtub and good storage, comfortable beds, everything we needed in the room. Also a plus for free Starbucks coffee in hotel lobby. Loves how the hotel lobby smelled also :-)
The gym didn’t have strength training or weights only cardio
The location was good, not far from our destinations. The hotel was generally in good shape. The breakfast was acceptable.
The hotel was between large buildings with no green area nearby. There was a train line just beside the hotel. We first checked into a regular room, but it was so small we felt we could not breathe, and the window overlooked a construction site and a rubbish-loading truck. We went back to the front desk, asked them to upgrade our room, paid extra, and the upgraded room was acceptable.
Everything. Clean rooms especially bathrooms. Free coffee and old drinks are bonus.
