Cons:

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was on 24/7 - why not just during the day?
I was assigned a room on first floor when I checked in and asked for a different floor. They staff said they would check to see if another one was available on another floor as I was coded to have a hearing impaired room to which I said that is not necessary I am not hearing impaired. They checked and assigned me a room on the 4th floor. The next morning I asked why the fan was on non stop with no ability to turn it off and why the light on detectors in ceiling flash? She said that the fan is always on and didn't really know why and that the lights on the detectors flash because I was assigned a hearing impaired room (again). Ugh. I was already unpacked and had to get to my scheduled class so I didn't complain.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful with helping in the business area. Everyone very friendly. Location was great, we looked at RE in OTOW. Publix right next door, we were able to cook and the dishwasher was a nice surprise.

Cons:

We like dogs, especially service dogs. We think that several rooms or floors should be kept pet free. There are persons that are allergic to pets and would have maybe choosen a different hotel. Overall clean.

Pros:

Nice location within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. Staff were pleasant and professional. Room was very clean and well attended. Surprised that the room had a kitchenette! I would suggest a sleeping eye mask and ear plugs for light sleepers - for the smoke alarm on the ceiling that flashes and the refrigerator noise. Free breakfast is offered - the selection was great and very clean. What I enjoyed was having breakfast with low key music in the background and the TV set on a basic weather station and muted…very relaxing. We will definitely stay here again on our next golf outing.
